I highly recommend Alex and his team - he does top-notch work at a reasonable price, has incredible attention to detail, is very responsive, and also just a very nice guy. He built a new coat closet in my home which looks like it has always been there the work was so good, and he also added some lights and painted a room for me. I will definitely be using him again!

Alex recently repaired the threshold on an exterior door at our home - he did a fantastic job. I recommend him without hesitation!

Communication was timely and professional. He interacted great with my wife, kids, and nanny. He was through in his estimate and approved all additional material purchases with me directly. During the job, he asked if I wanted to see the damage / he took lots of pictures and shared with me so that I understood what he did and why.

I had great experience working with A J Lopez Services. Alex arrived on time , and diagnosed the roof problem. He gave the estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner. He cleaned the work area, and left it clean and tidy. Alex is highly professional, and pleasant. I would definitely hire him for future work, and I highly recommend him . Alex and his team did an amazing job with replacing a window, and framing, that had previously lead to a problematic leak for a number of years. I've had numerous other contractors come over to "fix" this issue but none have been capable. Alex took the time to understand my unique issue and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Good contractors are hard to come by. I'll be hiring A J Lopez for future projects.

AJ arrived on time and expertly installed 8 light fixtures and bathroom hardware. Just after he left, my dishwasher started to leak, and he came back and fixed that! AJ is the one stop shop! He has my business the next time I need anything done around the house.

I’ve been through quite a few contractors over the years, but Cliff showed up on time, gave me an accurate price quote for a complex job, and did a great job, including sending before and after photos. His price was incredibly fair, and he’s an honest guy building a business. I plan to use Cliff for the rest of my miscellaneous projects and would absolutely recommend him.

The best at painting

Removed old insulation in attic, sealed openings and cracks in attic, installed new insulation. Removed old wood in attic and installed new wood. Discarded old material and cleaned area. Has an eye for detail as he reconnected an exhaust pipe we didn't know was disconnected - for over a year.

Respectful to home as he immediately covered shoes before entering home.

I found Johnny on a google search of a handyman. I am in the midst of a move and needed to install my microchip pet door ASAP. All places i had called were booked 1 week in advance... Johnny was able to accommodate me for same day installation. Job was completed as requested and he cleaned up the work area after. Highly recommend.

Jhony is a fantastic handyman. He showed up at our house on time and patiently waited for me to get home after I got tied up at work. He took one look at an issue we were having with our front door and had it solved within 5 minutes. He also cleaned our gutters and reattached a downspout that had become detached in a storm. He was quick and efficient and super helpful. We will definitely use him again for repairs around our house!

Johnny installed a bathroom fan and fireplace doors for us. He came out and looked at the work, gave us a quote, and returned the next day to complete the work. He was professional and did high quality work. I highly recommend him. We will definitely be calling Johnny again for help.
