They did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I had some serious stains especially on the stairs (29 of them) and he got it all out. they were reasonable, efficient, and thorough. I liked them because they were very business like and determined; I knew those stains did not stand a chance. I LOVE BEING RIGHT!

The missing star has nothing to do with the rug cleaning but with the communication with the business. Belcrest partners with Green Cleaning but they didn't tell me that. They sent someone who couldn't accept my credit card, I had to pay cash. The technician who arrived was not the person they said was coming. The price of the cleaning really had no relationship to the price given over the phone. I came very close to saying no altogether but I'm glad I didn't. The job that was done was excellent, the tech was very professional and did a lovely job. I would recommend them but give them the third degree to get all the right information. There are so many scams, it's hard to go forward with business when the information is so unreliable. The only thing that resembled what I was told was the time he was coming.

The technician crawled onto each section of our multilayered roof ... removed the debris from the gutter ... then flushed the gutter with this incredible length of hose he hauled up there with him.
