5 stars isn’t enough! Very prompt and professional. The owner even responded while on family vacation. He came the very next day and fixed my A/C in less than 1hour. With record temperatures ahead, having a working HVAC system is paramount! This will be the only company I use in the future. I’m forever grateful for Marlon and his team at Climate Control Systems Indian Head! 🙌🏻

I wish I could give 10 stars. Timely? A+; Professional? A+; Knowledgeable A+; Personable? A+; QUALITY WORK A+; Communication A+. After my home warranty company put me in an emergency situation, Marlon and J from Climate Control Systems saved the day! They replaced my furnace the day after they were contacted. Even the woman who answers the phone is professional and polite. They explained the installation process, got the permit, scheduled the inspection, and did all the necessary follow-up with the warranty company. Look no further, Climate Control Systems are THE BEST company to go with, and I’m a tough critic. I’ll only be working with them for my HVAC services going forward.

Marlon was great and provided exceptional customer service. I would request that he is the only one that comes out. He was very knowledgeable, and came out for one issue and found and fixed another whole issue. He was on time and very professional.

Marlon came out to install 6 Nest thermostats at our church. He was kind and informative throughout the process and went above and beyond to help us access some breakers and units that hadn't been serviced in years.

He even helped us move the thermostats up the wall to hide the huge holes from the previous units. We'll definitely be using Climate Control for our maintenance needs. They have great, friendly service at a reasonable price.

Marlon was my servicer and he was prompt, efficient, and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. They came out quickly and solved my hvac problem just as quick. Marlon and his company did not come to me recommend from anyone I knew, but I am so glad I found them. Josh provided excellent customer service. He arrived on time and placed booties on his shoes to keep my home clean. He also educated me on how my heat-pump system is supposed to work and informed me of ways to be more energy efficient.

I am sharing my recent experience with Climate Control Systems after my long-term relationship with another HVAC had been overlooked and neglected with my HVAC systems for the last 8 years (two times maintenance and tune-ups) that had led to an AC unit replacement. I hired Climate Control System as one of three companies for diagnostics and estimates on a new AC unit. Their diagnosis is similar to another company, and their pricing on a new AC Unit is fair and transparent, which puts my confidence in moving forward with them. They are communicative through text messages with my follow-up questions and concerns. I would recommend this HVAC company for diagnostics and the AC unit system.

While my first experience two weeks ago was great. I even requested the same technician from two weeks ago because he was that wonderful. Today has been horrible. My appointment time was at 4:00 The window period was between 3:00 to 6:00. The automated system notification letting me know he should be here by 4:00, he was not. I was then informed that he should be here no later than 4:35pm due to another job in the area. Almost an hour later, he was not here. He called to ask for directions even though he was in the same area I gave him the exact link to my location.

**The rating is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because he did show up and the service from everyone has always been very pleasant , informative and kind. How it was handled on behalf of the manager and customer service was done with empathy and they understood why I was frustrated. I was disgruntled with having to wait for so long and I assume they were not going to show up. The service itself has always been great however I was very displeased with the amount of wait time with this incident however outside of that everything else has been awesome.

For the record I've never had an issue with customer service whether it be from the technician nor any agent on the phone. I was upset at the wait time of this particular incident. I can genuinely state this is probably a one-time issue and know everything cannot go according to plan when you deal with customers nor with service calls in general.

I have no intention of using a different service provider because they have always had great service in itself.

I received a phone call from Clinate Control Systems letting me know that the repairman was running later than designated time. Repairman arrived 15 minutes later than expected. Xavier was polite and professional and was able to explain the probem.

Climate Control Systems came to the rescue. My furnace was totally out of commission. The technician Marlon was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and knew exactly how to fix the problem and repaired it immediately. He also was extremely knowledgeable with the nest thermostat and assisted me with programming it on my phone.He answered all my questions he was very polite and professional. I am so satisfied with this company. I will continue to use their service.
