Joe was amazing to work with and a complete lifesaver! When I called he almost immediately was able to make it to the property and diagnose the issue right away. Joe came out to look at replacing my upstairs faucet, but also spent time checking out all of my plumbing in a very old house. He inspected my systems in the basement, tested the water quality, inspected the boiler, and other systems. He came back to me within a few minutes with several options and was honest every step of the way. His honesty and fair price saved me from spending an exorbitant amount of money that another local contractor had quoted me on fixes that I didn’t need! Joe and Rob came back a week later and installed a new water softener, neutralizer, fixed some boiler issues, and installed my new faucet. Everything looks great and is working great! Joe even recommended other cost saving measures I could take for my LP and recommended an HVAC contractor to me! I highly recommend Joe and Rob for all of your plumbing needs! Excellent service! Joe did a water heater for me almost three years ago on my prior property and did a great job for a great price. Bought a new property, Joe just put in a new Hybrid Water heater, installation looks great and it works great. It’s obvious they like what they do. I had Joe replace a polybutylene main service line in 2020 before it became an issue.... Joe did a great job.

About 11 months later a fitting on the water meter started leaking, he came right over after hours and fixed it no charge. Great company.

Our primary sump pump died and our basement flooded on 4th of July. A friend of ours recommended Joe. He responded to me quickly and on his day off! He came out the next day and replaced not 1 but 2 sumps. Our backup had died as well. He was great. Did it all by himself and it looks so good. Installed a battery back up for the primary. I highly recommend him. Thank you for helping us Joe!!

We had a pipe burst under sink and had to shut off main water valve, leaving us without water. I called Joe right away and he had a crew at our house in less than an hour and completed repair at a very reasonable price. Joe helped me out by replacing a leaking blue poly main water line. He was extremely efficient and timely, completing the high-quality job from start to finish in less than 4 hours.

He isn’t the go-to if you’re looking for the cheapest plumber in the area, but he does work at an extremely fair and reasonable rate. He isn’t going to charge you an arm and a leg by any means, but his attention to detail he shows in his work is worth the price, and he deserves to make the amount that we agreed on for the job.

Joe was very knowledgeable and diligent, as a master plumber, and explained each step of the process to me as he was doing it. He was very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. For this job, he even hand-tamped, seeded, and laid straw in the front yard afterwards.

All in all, Joe’s professionalism, dedication to exceptional service, and extremely fair value pricing was enough to make me write this review and I’ll be sure to call him back for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Update: Had a water heater installed by Joe right before Christmas 2021 and he did a great job yet again. All of the above still stands. Joe is an excellent worker and fair value for the work he did on such short notice. He even worked towards resolving the issue without going for the big replacement right away in order to save us time and money. Unfortunately we ended up needing the replacement, but it was great that he wasn’t trying to nickel and dime us to death by just suggesting the most expensive fix first.

Joe responded to our service request timely. He was very polite and professional. He explained what we needed and proposed an easy to understand plan of action. We will definitely be contacting Straight Plumbing LLC for any future plumbing needs!

We have used Joe before for a small project, but we used his company again and had Robert do a pretty big project for us. We moved into a new home and needed several systems for our well water. He came out, tested the water, explained everything to me as he did it, and was actually able to do the installation SAME DAY for us! When he was done, he educated us a bit on the systems, how they work, and said when they need to be serviced next year, he would teach us about servicing it further. I thought the price was extremely fair and we plan on continuing using them again for more projects! Thanks so much!

Two days into buying a new home, my main water valve malfunctioned leaving my basement soaked and my stress high. Joe responded to my inquiry immediately and prioritized my service call. I've had a number of small jobs done by Joe and Rob since the early days of Straight Plumbing. Just recently the two of them upgraded my neutralizer and softener system in my new (to me) house. The two of them knocked out the work in quick order and the installation looks professional and I am coming away more educated about well and water treatment systems. I trust them for their selection of products and advice before during and after service. In my experience, looking for the cheapest plumber can cost you more, so if you think this team might not be the cheapest, you can bet that their pricing is fair and their service is second to none.

After another company spent the entire day trying to unclog my drain and told me it had probably collapsed and would be 2 weeks just to get a permit to dig I rented a porta potty. Just to verify this I contacted Straight Plumbing and they sent over a plumber the same day and had the drain cleared and visually inspected with a camera. There was no fault in the drain at all. He did all this in 45 minutes. They saved me $10,000. I would highly recommend this company.

Joe and Robert did an amazing job! From the time I called Joe to the time of installing an entire boiler system was only 3 days. He is professional, honest, straightforward, and will not stop until the job is DONE. He and Robert spent almost 12 hours at my house and would not leave until every radiator was checked (there are at least 20). Just amazing, quality work. I will only use them from now on for ANY plumbing need I have.

Joe has done a few installs and repairs for us in the past few months. He is very responsive, shows up when he says he will, and is reasonably priced. The work quality is excellent. We had a water main leak last week and he responded immediately and was here the next day to dig up the yard and replace the piping as promised. Due to unforeseen site conditions he and his crew stayed until after 830 at night to get our water service up and running. I would highly recommend Straight Plumbing LLC
