Although it was just a yearly A/C check up- he was very thorough and his written work description diagnose was so precise and detailed of what is going on with my unit and system. Ibrahim really displays pride in his work when entering my home and am sure he does in others.

I’ve used United Air Temp in the past and they had been hit or miss but my recent experience with them was definitely five star caliber. I felt like the manager Mark and tech Dylan were both concerned more with what would work best for our home and budget in the long term than trying to upsell me on solutions to problems I don’t have. It was a refreshingly human experience in a world that is increasingly consumed by AI.

Josh was very thorough with fixing our AC. He provided excellent service and had our AC running quickly. He was also friendly with our nervous dogs. He saved us from melting during the upcoming heat wave.

5-star rating.. AHS assigned this company for an issue I was having with my A/C unit not cooling. Yvonne was extremely kind over the phone during the scheduling process. I was provided a window for the next day. Josh & Dillon were completely professional. They arrived on-time and both respected my property. They found the problem in less than 10 mins; fixed it in less than 30. How can they not receive a perfect rating for that alone??? Josh addressed all my questions and concerns. Based on my experience I would give them 10 stars if possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The team that installed our new water heater was great! They were prompt, communicative and respectful. I am very pleased!. The cost was slightly more than I expected, but well worth it and a lot less than another company that I called for a comparison estimate . UAT’s list of services along with the install was extensive; I feel I got a lot for my money. The process helped me get over the trauma of a major water heater leak. Thanks to all involved.

Anytime I receive comprehensive customer service, I'm sold and that's just what I got!! I live in a multi-unit, 12 story building where part of my installation service required roof access; thus increasing the my install cost to include a crane lift. My Project Manager, Mark was extremely patient in coordinating the best deal. He was even able to coordinate the install of a neighbor (also needed to replace system) with my installation on the same day, allowing us to share in the crane cost.
