This is the second time we've had Ken and his team out to clean the exterior of our home, and both experiences have been great! We were referred to him a few years ago by another contractor (the one who did our roof) whom we trusted. Both times Ken has been easy to work with, professional, not pushy, and got the job done quickly and effectively. His prices are also very reasonable. If, like us, you live on what can euphemistically be called a "wooded lot" in Howard County, having the exterior of your home and your deck cleaned every few years by Ken is a huge plus.

And, no, I wasn't offered any discounts or incentives for posting this review. I told you Ken wasn't pushy :-)

Kenny and his team did great job of cleaning our gutters. This is the fourth year for Maryland Pro Services at our home. They are also prompt, professional and leave the property better looking than they found it!

He answered our questions and gave suggestions when it would be best to have certain services that weren’t necessary to do right away. I am super impressed with Maryland Pro Services and the customer service and work that was done. We had our front porch, sidewalk, driveway, patio, deck and basement stairwell walk up done and they did an amazing job. Pictures don’t do it justice. I can’t begin to fully express my satisfaction with the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by Maryland Pro Services when they pressure washed my house, deck, and patio. From the very first contact the owner, Kenny, set very clear expectations regarding what results I should anticipate, walked me through their entire process, and provided a clear estimate of the cost.

On the day of service their crew showed up promptly on time and immediately went to work. They sealed all the outside electrical outlets and lights to prevent water from getting in and causing shorts. Their process using a low pressure detergent soak followed by manual scrubbing and then a final pressure wash did an amazing job of cleaning off years of accumulated algae and dirt, without damaging any siding or trim. Maryland Pro Services paid attention to even the tiniest details to make sure everything was as clean as it was when new. They even cleaned out the wells in the windows and the sliding glass doors. The outside of my house looks the best that it has been in many years.

Kenny and crew did an awesome job pressure washing my house, pavers, and an awning that had about a quarter inch thick of dirt and grime built up over the years. Looks amazing now! My concrete steps and pavers are the cleanest I've ever seen them. Also appreciate the junk removal service and the dryer vent cleaning. My dryer now dries my clothes a bit quicker. They came out on a Saturday, worked quickly and thoroughly and my house looks great! Good work at a good price.
