Did a horrible job sewing on patches leaving fringing and crinkled look, overcharged me $41 and never sent me the refund.

I took my uniform Bravo jacket in for altering and sewing of sleeve devices. I printed out the applicable uniform manual sections (with pictures), highlighted what was required, and verified there was no questions....the first time I got it back the gold ribbon was sewn on in the wrong fashion. The second time I got it back they sewed it on nearly 2 inches higher than what the manual stated....I've paid over $150 in alterations and material and still can't wear my bravo jacket....I will never come back here again.

I had suit and dress shirt that was lost by Joint Base Andrews cleaners. Wish I had gone off base. Use them at your own risk.

I have used them for years with no problems. I only bring uniform or basic cleaning needs here.

Terrible customer service!!!!! She completely messed up my new uniform and refused to fix it! Will never return to this place.

Twice returned service dress shirts with stains on them. No apology; just “bring them back and we will send them back out.”

I won’t ever use this business again. The two workers are so rude & lack customer service. I’m actually shocked that they still work there considering the amount of complaints they have just by looking at the previous reviews. The base needs to re-evaluate who they’re hiring especially if they’re supposed to be helping troops & veterans.

The ladies here helped me out in a time of need they could have said no but they took care of everything in one day. For that reason I am giving them 5 stars

They are stealing money from troops. I asked them to press my shirts with collar down cause I don't wear a tie. It's not good when you have to go home to iron your "professionally pressed" dress shirts. Oh dont get me started on just throwing your shirts on a hanger without at least buttoning them.

Charged me $90 for 9 pieces of clothing and then had the audacity to argue for a tip when I asked them to put the buttons back on that she removed. Gave her a $5 and then tried to say I should give her $10 for six buttons and 4 mins of work.
Taking advantage of junior enlisted. Ashamed that the base allows that.

Worst dry cleaners I've been to. Horrible turn around time and they can't follow simple requests. I asked them to sew my command rocker on to the white shirt, not the coat. Picked it up a week later and they put it on the coat. But the person to give me this was someone else and they didn't care that I specifically told the other lady to sew it on to the shirt because I was still going to have to pay $5.45 when I picked up again another week later. This time when I went to pick it up they give me the shirt, nothing has changed except now there is blood on the front of it and they lost my coat. 20 mins later they recover it and do the patch swap. and I still had to pay $5.45 after I told thm the whole damn story. DON'T GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING. they also overcharged me for a hemming on a dress. $100. The dress didn't even cost that much.

I have never had a more inappropriate unprofessional experience in my life. The seamstress was so rude and extremely unprofessional to the point where I was in tears! I grabbed my uniforms and left. The lady who checks out the customers would not let me speak to the manager either.

Had a blues shirt that needed a quick 1 day turn around. Knowing they were very busy I didn't think they could do it but they accommodated me in 24 hrs. Thank you!

Bottom line, stay clear (you deserve better) and Top Flight cleaners right outside the main gate is WAY better than this place.

One story for each place to explain... At this place on base is the same board-line rude service from the same ladies every time I went in. The one day I decided never to go back was when I was getting my uniform taken in and the last thing the lady said was, and I quote, "you better not come back and complain it's too tight". I almost lost my composure and couldn't believe I was being spoken to like this as a customer who had been going there for years.

I found Top Flight (I think there used to be a different cleaners business in the same location) and heard one person recommend them, so I went to try them out. What a difference!!
I am always greeted with a smile, all my alterations are cheaper and the seamstress takes more measurements per alteration than on base. One day I walked into the store and my clothes had already been pulled and were on the rack for me. I asked how they knew I was coming in, and they said they saw me walking up so they pulled my items for me. I was An instant loyal customer and I try to direct everyone to them.

Had my uniforms done here. Not impressed at all. I spent $80.40 to be exact. Pants, though not impressed with how they iron them, and shirts are good. My blues jacket as well my light weight were horribly done. I took them in to get dry cleaned and updated rank, the amount of lint on these jackets, ridiculous! I had extra ranks put on that I specifically told the lady from the jump and as seen on my receipt that I didn’t want. The ranks were removed however there is still an imprint of where the rank was, didn’t notice it until I got home in a different light, and some stains. Again this jacket was supposed to be dry cleaned!

Very poor work. I had patches put on two OCP uniforms. Name strips had wavy stitches and the folded edges were exposed on one. The function badges were not evenly squared off and you could see the double stitching lines. The rank on one uniform was sewn over the top bottom hole making it near impossible to button. This is the worst alternations shop I’ve used on a military installation. You expect that when you have your uniforms done on base they will do a professional job. This was not professional and I will have to end up getting them fixed somewhere else.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this cleaners. I have to admit that I’ve never used the tailoring services; however, I frequently use them for dry cleaning. My clothes have always been ready for pick up on the days promised and I’ve never had an issue….not to mention that I’m very picky as well. As for the staff, I have nothing but good things to say about the service I’ve received from them..
