These guys came in and fixed my kitchen faucet and toilet backup. Cleaned up after themselves. Let me tell you they were respectful and cost was very reasonable.

I called Cinch Mechanical today and explained that I had a leak I could not find. Denny said he could come out today and to call him when I got home. I called and he was here when he said and took the time to determine the leak was not mine but coming from somewhere else in the building. He was friendly, professional, courteous, while taking the time to answer all of my questions. The next time I have a plumbing issue I am calling Cinch Mechanical.

Our water heater broke on a Tuesday and we called Cinch Mechanical. AJ came out early the next morning and did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He took great care not to damage our new flooring and the install looks amazing. I am grateful because I am very particular. Thank you Cinch Mechanical and AJ.

Thank you Cinch Mechanical, Mr.Denny stopped by this evening and turned my water off inside my house to stop a leaky outside faucet. The faucet had froze up during the cold nights last week, I was lucky it didn't burst, now I am worry free due to the kindness of Mr. Denny. Cinch did a gas line pressure test for me, repaired a leak, and handled all permitting and inspection work with Harford County. I called several other plumbers and left messages and never heard back. Cinch returned my call 15 minutes later, scheduled within 2 days, and kept me in the loop with the repairs and permits. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I spent a few hours calling around in search of a plumber to replace all 4 toilets in my new house. The estimates I received were so high that I was convinced that I'd be breaking the bank no matter who I hired for the job. I found out about Cinch Mechanical through FB and decided to give them a call and I'm so glad I did! I'm upset that I forgot one of their names, but him and Keon are life savers. They picked up the toilets from Home Depot, installed them, and disposed the old toilets in a timely manner and for a SUPER reasonable price! I will no longer be wasting my time calling around for service. Cinch Mechanical will be my go to for all plumbing services.

I recently called Cinch Mechanical for help with a clogged drain that I had on Christmas day. Food was being prepared and guests were due to arrive shortly after. Denny responded promptly to my call and was there to fix the problem in no time. He also installed the new garbage disposal that I had sitting in my kitchen for months. Awesome job, very professional, very clean and was done before the guests arrived. Thank you for saving our Christmas party!

I had problems with leaking pipes and an old hot water heater. Both times Cinch Mechanical took care of the issues. Very professional and caring about getting the job done right. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They said they would come between 11am and 12pm. They did not show up until 2pm (my security camera recorded the time). I got to work at that time and was not home nor able to check phone frequently. Called them later to reschedule. They refused to reschedule the service due to my fault "no show no call" and told me our camera was wrong as they came at 1pm. They even said I should have answered their phone even when they were late or called them to reschedule earlier before they came while they never called me timely to reschedule. I just wanted to reschedule and did not want to complain, but they were unreasonable and not professional. Really bad customer service! I would not recommend this company.

I think some misunderstandings occured.
There was not "a no show" on purpose. Actually, I took that morning off to be at home. Thought that they might be a little late until I checked the time around 1pm. I did not call them since I gotta rush to work then.

To show their respect to the customer's time, the company should have called to timely inform if they planned to show up late. But, this company never did. I was taught to say sorry first if I'm late for an appointment. When I called to reschedule, all I heard was that they just blamed on me "No call no show", no reschedule. In fact, when they showed up at 2pm, I was at work and unable to answer phone calls. Anyways, I don't think that could be an excuse to blame on the customer while they were 2-hour late for the appointment obviously.

Many companies offer free estimates but are still professional and don't take advantage of the courtersy to treat the customer differently. I selected this company due to their good reviews, but their behavior made me feel very frustrated. I did not mean leaving a feedback to threaten but wanted to share my experiences to hopefully help other customers.

Toilet was leaking badly. Water was coming through ceiling. Called Cinch, arrived in less than hour and fixed the issue quickly. Simply the best and most professional service I have ever experienced with a plumber! Prices beat everyone and the service is absolutely FIRST RATE. Highly recommend! If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Being first time homebuyers and having your first big home issue be your water heater is TERRIFYING!! Mr. Denny of Cinch Mechanical responded to our phone call in a timely manner, he came out to see the water heater in a record breaking time frame and we had a solution to our water heater issue that same day!!!! His professionalism speaks volumes about his business and he is not looking to break your pockets by any means. He is highly recommended!! You won’t find any better!

I am giving 2 starts because on the 4th time out they finally sent Denny ( an AMAZING plumber) I called my Landlord my tub was only going from hot to cold water! No warm water! AT ALL! The 1st plumber changed my cartridge ( I was not home my elderly father was) I got home from work and it still NO WARM WATER! They send the same plumber out I was home he said well you have a " sweet spot" so he got the warm water with my handle off of my faucet so I thought it was fixed he seemed to just have ran my hot water for so long it was turning warm he put the handle back on and left! LOW AND BEHOLD! I go in to run my infant a bath and I HAVE NO WARM WATER!!! Its extremely inconvenient to have to run HOT water for a baby and then the cold water to make it warm not safe either! THE 3rd time coming out!!! they ADJUSTED MY WATER TEMP like seriously I HAVE NO WARM WATER. not sure what the office and or plumbers did not understand about NO WARM water! SO FINALLY on the 4th time after I told the dispatcher how I felt and how mad I was and after I called my Landlord and told him how I would never use them again They sent Denny and he said Ok you 100% need a new diverter WELL THANK YOU DENNY!!!! Finally! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone! If you do have to use them make sure you request Denny!

Cinch came out to my house to fix a stopped toilet in the basement.
He was friendly, courteous knowledgeable and took time to explain exactly what he was doing.
He successfully cleared the stoppage and cleaned up after himself.
He was reasonably priced. I would gladly use his services again and recommend him to others.
