Great service. They’ve always been able to fix what they came out to fix, including our laundry machine and microwave oven. It is such a waste to throw away appliances when they can be fixed.

I had a good experience with Bettar. I needed to get an ancient dryer removed and a new one to replace it. Because the original dryer was installed when the house had a garage in the basement that has long since been sealed in, they had to take apart the old dryer and find me a new one that would fit down my basement steps. They did it all in one morning.

The serviceman was quick and knowledgeable about the problem with my refrigerator.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed a second opinion on an estimate that I got from another company. The owner picked up the phone and was very generous with his time. He checked with his technician. Instead of trying to chase the business, he confirmed that it was a decent estimate and suggested that I go with the original provider, who has more experience with our make and model. I got the impression that this is a hard-working local company with honest and good people running it. They will be first on my list next time we need an appliance repair.
