Nice folks but this place is super expensive and over priced. I was told it would be cheaper to replace the unit vs repair it and then was quoted a price 20% higher than every other retailer for the replacement unit.

I can see why reviews are in one or two stars after using this company for a couple years- when things aren’t the way they think- Disregarding what the customer has to say I can’t believe how rude everybody in the entire office was an option one and option two that they gave me were zero options. Do not use this company

Repair staff was really nice, but the firm dropped the ball several times, mis-diagnosing our ice-maker problem, which led to repeat visits, more cost and of course a delayed resolution.
