I’m actually in DC and this appears to be a fake company. This went to a call center and they tried to sell me some sort of “remote diagnostic” call.

Someone from the main office called me to have a diagnostic of my washer, as it needed fixing. I wanted to do it myself, as I already knew what the problem was and didn't want to pay for an additional diagnostic. Ultimately, they convinced me to have someone over for free. He came last Tuesday (6/17). On Thursday (6/19) I call the main office to let them know I wanted to go ahead with the repair. I still have not heard a beep... So, they had a chance to finally make money and potentially gain a new customer. Instead, they have a negative review. Ah well...
