Hired Victorian Chimney to Repair our Chimney Liner, they were clean, friendly and 4 years later all is still well.

Numerous no shows. Terrible company.
Scheduled chimney sweep for December 9. A guy showed up, looked in the fireplace, suggested we replace the liner, and began to leave, telling me someone would call with an estimate. I asked why he was not going to clean the chimney, and he said he didn't have the tools with him. He said someone would come out on Saturday to clean it. Saturday, no one showed up. Next week I called. They apologized and said someone would be out on December 21 to clean chimney. The day came and went. No show again. Three times scheduled. Three times no chimney sweep.

I would highly recommend Victorian Chimney. They provided a chimney liner and laid a new concrete crown on top of the chimney. They are honest and very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I contacted Joe at Victorian Chimney for some chimney work and the person he sent out gave me an estimate for the work requiring a deposit of $4700. I called Joe to be sure that the person he sent was legitimate and Joe vouched for him, so I paid the deposit. That was 5 months ago and the work was never done; the person Joe sent kept giving reasons for not doing the work (car accident, death in the family, etc.), and then simply stopped replying to calls and texts. At first, Joe was sympathetic but then he, too, stopped returning my calls and, in fact, blocked my number. I will now have to take them both to small claims court. What a terrible experience. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! We had to rebuild the flues at my daughters home and the job was done at a great price, very professional and CLEAN! I just had them do my flagstone patio at my home in Potomac and they did a great job on that too! I highly recommend them.

Jonathan and his team did an amazing job very fast very professional and clean. They repair chimney crowns and loose bricks on the fireplace and they matched it up perfectly the color and the mortar looked amazing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all of my neighbors

I've used Victorian for years - this is my third house they've serviced. They've always been attentive and responsive. We've used them for chimney cleaning, cap replacement, liner replacement, repointing, and something with mortar on the top of the chimney that I don't know much about it.

My chimney was destroyed by lightening. I needed repair asap for the chimney, the liner, and blocked vents for my basement located appliances. Victorian was not only responsive, they were reasonable, on time, did a good job, and cleaned up the rubble from the strike. They also worked with my insurance company directly. I’d use them again. I highly recommend.

I called Victorian Chimney to get my chimney working in preparation for winter. They inspected and showed me some of the cracks in the firebox. They completed the job in two phases. First phase was an inspection and cleaning. The repair was completed about two weeks later. Otis was the technician that showed up for both. He was courteous and professional. He wore booties when entering my home and used a drop-cloth around the hearth area. He was masked the entire time and took his time throughout. I was working in a room nearby, and he consistently checked in with me pointing on the progression of his work. There wasn't time wasted. I was happy with the result and am looking forward to enjoying a nice warm fire with the family at the holiday and throughout winter. I would highly recommend Victorian Chimney.

Joe and his team did an amazing job. They gave a very reasonable estimate showed up on time did the work and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. Their team was respectful of our home and our time. While no one loves getting their chimney rebuilt it was an amazing experience highly highly recommend this team
