The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because our tech, Xavier, was fantastic. Dispatch was awful at communication every time I called. They had no idea what was going on amd at least once did not communicate information from our tech. Original appt was Monday midday- had to call 3 times for updates when he didnt arrive by the end of the appt window. He eventually arrived 5 hours after the appt window ended but given it was 6pm and the broken pipe was in the cellar he was unable to do the work. We were then supposed to be the first stop Tuesday but he was dispatched elsewhere first - which dispatch AGAIN did not communicate. He finally arrived almost 2 hours after our appointment window for that second day. If we werent desperate to have water again I would have cancelled completely. Our tech did great work but I won't be using them again.

Frankie came this morning to diagnose an issue with my garbage disposal. He was super friendly and courteous. Quickly found the problem and got it fixed. Great technician. Highly recommend.

Technician was very knowledgeable! Jasiel & Fernando were very kind and polite! So far it seems they fixed my HVAC issue! Great customer service!
