The SERVPRO of Wheaton/Kensington was professional, friendly, responded fast, arrived on-time, and was extremely thorough in the mitigation of my water leak/damage. I highly recommend this team and would definitely use their services again.

Avoid. I had a pipe break and flood my kitchen so I needed a dehumidifier and fans immediately. First off, they were several hours late, and secondly they never even brought the cord to plug in the dehumidifier. Because I’ve never dealt with this before and because the fans were so loud, I just assumed the dehumidifier was working. Nope. It wasn’t even plugged in. Servpro had literally one job: dry out my unit and they couldn’t even deliver on the most basic of jobs. Worse, I was told by two of their staff that the invoice would not have the dehumidifier included, but when we received it, there it was: a line item for over $200 that was never even plugged in.

Shawn and Justice did an amazing job after our ceiling caved in just over 4hrs .

Justin and his team were so helpful to us after we had the water damage in our basement. Remediation began the day I called them. The estimator from SERVPRO was extremely professional and helped me to better understand the type of repair that I was facing. He went out of his way to provide me with timely and helpful information. The bid for my service was competitive. Even though I did not choose SERVPRO, I wanted to leave this review of my positive experience with the company. This is a good company.

Had the unfortunate WSSC Line pipe burst on a rental and a septic line on another within two weeks. Two different crews for each job, however the same excellent professional service from both. Quick to respond, did a fantastic job and follow up to ensure expectations were met. Highly recommended!
