From the very first phone call I had an excellent experience. Very nice, pleasant and professional team. Stephen came out and did the work in record breaking time. Very cleanly and answered my questions with much knowledge. I would definitely recommend HHR Inc to anyone I know Looking for services.

HHR has been extremely professional and friendly throughout this process. Brandon Tirado worked with my insurance agent and has stayed on top of handling the repairs in my basement from water damage along with replacing an exterior basement door and added an awning. I was concerned about timing due to an upcoming trip and they really delivered. All of the contractors were courteous and very mindful of my home and property throughout the project. I’m looking forward to working with them again soon.

According to summit apartment they missed mold in an apartment we clean and now we are sick. The Tennant had a mold report done. Not sure how healthy home missed the mold

Their staff was messing with my Wi-Fi and camera in my apartment… they hacked my camera and Wi-Fi…. Don’t trust them to be alone in your apartment without anyone home… I called the office I don’t want a certain person in my house but they still him and it was trying to hack my new Wi-Fi again but I caught him

Really pleased with my carpet installation. I had carpet installed upstairs and in the basement. Very clean and neat installation all in one day. Quality and value are outstanding.

I cannot thank health homes enough! I had a pipe burst this winter and it damaged so much in my home. I called health homes and they were here quickly and so professional and nice. I was so worried when the pipe burst but health homes came out and took care of everything! Looking at my home now you would never know there was ever a pipe burst! Highly recommend this company! My apartment’s kitchen flooded and although my apartment (who I won’t mention) didn’t respond when they should’ve, when they FINALLY did call Healthy Home out to my apartment they came out immediately that next morning to clean up the water. The staff was friendly and respectful of my home. Working in a small area one of the guys did break a small flower vase in which I inquired who would be paying for it and the manager came out right away. Later that day the GM (can’t remember his name) called me personally inquiring about the vase and said he’d come and drop the check off to me directly. As he promised he met came to my house personally the same day and provided the check for my vase. He also inquired about the condition of my apartment and offered a huge fan to help dry the floor in which he all arranged for it to be in my apartment while I was at work! Great people, would highly recommend. Thanks for everything again!

Also they do magical work to your carpets. 4 years Old and they brought them back to life. Amazing group of guys they have.

Shawn was amazing! We were recommended Healthy Home when our water tank and bathroom pipe leaked for their remediation services and they were amazing from start to finish! Shawn was friendly, had great communication throughout the process and even helped us work with our insurance adjuster. He went above and beyond for us! Hopefully we don't have another leak, but if we do we will for sure call Healthy Home and ask for Shawn again!

Yesterday, May 30,2024 A young Man by the name of Colton serviced my home for water restoration and also cleaning out the installation for the water damage that happen at the apartment from the apartment above me. The problem started on Memorial Day and the rental office sent someone out yesterday. Colton was very professional, polite , eager to get the job done and reassured me that It would be fixed, he even explained what he did as he was completing the job. He cleaned up everything on my floors and even covered my floors with protective gear to make sure , debris and everything that may come out of the ceiling wouldn’t exceed over the protective cover. He worked with a positive attitude as well. Very precise in his work and I appreciated it so much. Great customer service all around. I also spoke with a manager I believe by the name of JENNY, she was super polite and friendly as well. She heard what I needed to say about her employees, with Great excitement over the phone. I really appreciate your team, it’s still more to do in the area of where the water was but I truly Thankyou for everything !! I pray he goes far in the company ! With a positive attitude like that I just know he will 🙂

My company, Cornerstone Cleaning, uses Healthy Home Restorations for cleaning of our clients' carpets. Healthy Home has many services. For us, they clean carpets in homes as well as offices. They do an excellent job taking care of our clients. Their office is so easy to work with. You can tell they pride themselves on the customer service. Phil Chorney of the Baltimore office did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer vents and system that has not been cleaned in over 15 years! Phil was prompt, knowledgeable, and showed me step by step everything he was doing including the clog in the vent. He even took one step further in ordering a vent cover for me and noted that it was missing from the outside of the house. I was very impressed with the service!

Did not do what was promised! This place is horrible! This is the 2nd condensation leak in my apartment…apparently this is common although I’ve stayed many places and have never heard of this til the location that I am currently at. They never showed on Monday. Tuesday they come late afternoon to tell me the wall wasn’t dry. They promised to be here on Wednesday to remove these bulky devices out of my apartment which are so loud I can’t think straight and I’m sure running up my BGE bill. They didn’t show after telling my leasing manager they would be here by 4:30. She calls at 5 and was told by whoever the lady is that they will come early morning and claims to have the repairs done same day as I have told them I have company coming for my birthday which is Friday! I’ve asked multiple times if this would be handled and told it would and they have failed to deliver! I’m pissed! You can find your equipment in the hallway as it will be evicted from my home today as i was promised and now will take matters into my own hands! Don’t tell a customer you’re going to do something and not even have the decency to follow up and say you can’t

Had a frozen/busted pipe in wall and basement flooded. Called healthy home restorations. They were there within a half an hour and standing water was gone and drying in just a few hours. Great job guys
