My furnace stopped blowing hot air, I did a bit of my own research, then started calling around to different services (I am new to the area). Unfortunately, I had another company come first. The technician clearly did not have the experience to properly diagnose the issue and wanted to charge me $800 for a new computer board, then warned me that there may be further issues (and expenses) once that was fixed.

I decided to get a second opinion. Right from our first conversation, it was clear Wayne was extremely knowledgeable. He was familiar with the furnace and knew to test out some common issues before pronouncing expensive parts to replace. One cleared condensation pipe and a MUCH more palatable fee later, and my place is warm again.

I will be doing all of my future HVAC business with Wayne.

I hired Wayne’s Heating and Air to install a whole duct system in my house, (the house had previously never had central air.) They worked quick and cleaned up nicely. They also gave me recommendations on how to have the system run as efficiently as possible even though they weren’t the ones who installed the actual ac units. Great customer service and price!

Nothing but positive things to say about Wayne and his crew. I called in the morning, answered right away and was able to come out and fix my AC unit before lunch. He’s a nice guy with great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Not impressed at all! Takes his time getting back to you if he gets back to you at all not friendly and not the cheapest, I like comfort systems much better also located in Kingsville.

Wayne is absolutely fantastic. He saved my bacon twice during the holidays. We were hosting parties at Thanksgiving AND at Christmas. So, naturally, my heater died days before each. Wayne responded to my panicked calls and texts quickly and talked me off the ledge. He got us up and running in no time and even talked me through some simple diagnostic steps to speed up the process. He was totally patient with my questions and concerns, and his rates were utterly reasonable, even after hours. You can't do better for HVAC repair than Wayne.

This company is incredible! We had an issue at 6:30pm and called Wayne. He was at our place in 30 minutes that same evening & figured out the issue immediately. I have a 5 month old and my capacitor died in the evening right at the start of a heat wave. I was lucky Wayne was in my area when I needed him! He had me fixed in less than an hour. The baby slept soundly in a nice cool room that night. Thank you Wayne!

This company is amazing, And Wayne is super nice in getting the job done really fast and efficient for you. I called him on the first day and he came the next day, how many heating and air companies can you say that about? I highly recommend Wayne's Heating and Air to everyone who needs help with their heating and air conditioning problems. And by the way, the price was right. So, when you're heating or air is on its last, Wayne comes fast!

Wayne and his crew are the best, plain and simple.

He gave us a fair price up front and held our hands through an expensive day of home maintenance. My kids didn't have to suffer a fifth night without heat in November. His crew are the EPITOME of professionalism, kindness and most of all: ABILITY. They were able to work around gypsum board I was convinced was going to have to come out and now our home sips gas and is warmer, more uniformly, all over. Get the variable speed fan folks.

i was having trouble with my dryer not working right, and i thought i needed to buy a new one. turns out the vent just needed a proper air duct cleaning. ruben did a great job and even cleaned up the mess under and around the dryer. now my dryer works like new and i'm glad i saved a lot of money by not replacing it!

Ruben was incredible, he had our air ducts clean and functioning optimally in no time! I wasn't as ready as I should have been, and my dogs were running around when he arrived at our Kingsville home. My dogs also thought Ruben from the air duct cleaning service was wonderful, and he's now their new favorite person. Thank you!

Josiah and Edward were amazingly supportive! Josiah assisted me in understanding my best choices for air duct cleaning and did so promptly. Both he and Edward showed up in Kingsville and proficiently resolved my air duct issues! Their work was first-rate and their presence made me feel at ease.
