I can’t say enough good things about Knoxville HVAC. After receiving ridiculously high quotes from all the other big HVAC companies in the area I was very frustrated knowing I was getting robbed of my hard earned money. As soon as I met Ryan, the owner of Knoxville HVAC I immediately got a much different impression. No upselling, no extra BS. He diagnosed the issue, tried to repair before replacing and ended up giving me a full unit replacement price that was 40% cheaper than the closest quote I received from the other shops. He did very clean work and didn’t cut any corners. We are in a crazy heat wave right now and my house got so cold last night that I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn the thermostat up. Being a landlord, I have dealt with many contractors / tradesmen and Ryan is a class act above most. Don’t waste your time shopping around go straight to Knoxville HVAC and you won’t be disappointed.

Debbie called and set up a date for the install, she explained what to expect about the installation an the install went good, we've lived here for 10 years there was a HVAC system here but we never had heat or a upstairs in the bedrooms but with this new system we have now it's cooling good. This system is so quiet you can hardly hear it run. Ryan did a great job

Ryan at Knoxville HVAC replaced my broken water heater on three days notice. His price was better than other quotes and he didn’t charge me extra for asking questions during the installation. 😆 The office manager, Debbie, was very pleasant to deal with for scheduling and payment. Definitely recommend Ryan!

Ryan and Debbie are truly great people. We first noticed Ryan paragliding around town advertising the business and thought this guy must be good at mixing work and play; we were right! Debbie scheduled Ryan to come out for an estimate one weekend morning when we were available and Ryan educated us on all the options. Ryan then slapped a new dual-source Goodman/Daikin system on our home in no time at a great price and it is working wonderfully.
