This morning around 7am as I was driving into work on 95S heading into VA. I witnessed one of your vehicles (Total Engineering, Inc.) swerving all over the road (Tag 24V375) and almost caused several accidents. Apparently the driver seemed to be under the influence or intoxicated. When I attempted to call your office to speak to someone, I was hung up on twice. When I proceeded to call back again, several more times no one answered the phone. This is quite unfortunate that you don't take the time to care about what is going on when your business can be affected.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when calling to alert your regarding one of your vehicles.

I am highly impressed with this company ! They are a first class business and have earned my respect . There was a incident on route 495N and it involves me and my car . The driver not only acknowledged me but did his best to help me with the problem . I see that the staff has been very well trained and it shows . I then encountered the office staff , nothing but excellence during my brief time there . But Mr. Simon Pinto , was even more the gentleman and professional as he repaired my windshield . He was quick , hard working and kind to me at every stage of his job !!!!!!!

He truly is a amazing guy .

I filed a claim with the company after my car was damaged by their heavy equipment while they were performing road ice removal. Throughout the entire process, the company was very professional and transparent. They promptly dispatched personnel to assess the damage and handled the situation efficiently.

The damaged rear light was replaced with an original Toyota part, and they also provided me with a rental car during the repair period. The repairs were completed within a few days, and the vehicle was returned fully cleaned, inside and out.

Excellent service and a job well done.
