The teams that are sent are phenomenal and Paulette the owner is the best. She understands my family and has become part of the household functioning. We are a busy family of four with two young children. We declutter and put it away and they come in and make it shine.

I was extremely pleased with the service that the staff did for me. The office was attentive to my request and was great with communication. They were thorough and were able to tackle a messy situation. I would highly recommend their service.

Unfortunately, this business seems not to have the staff or equipment to do larger houses or deep cleans. We hired Molly Maid with the understanding that the house was large and very dirty due to some renovations that had left a lot of dust. We expected to pay for the extended time necessary. The team arrived with insufficient cleaning products, a poor quality, elderly vacuum cleaner that did not get our rugs clean, and did a superficial job. Glass was left smeary, trash was not emptied, and counters were not cleaned, among other things. The job was clearly too much for them. Feedback to the franchise owner was met with defensiveness and poor communication skills rather than any genuine interest in resolving deficiencies. I don’t recommend this business when there are so many better choices!

I’ve been using Molly Maid for years and their service is top notch. Any problems are quickly addressed by the owner, Paulette, and the young ladies who come by to clean are professional and thorough. I highly recommend this branch. They clean the house as if it were their own and I’m extremely happy with the support.

This was my first time using Molly Maid to clean my entire home. Their staff arrived on-time, were very polite and professional, and expeditiously moved/cleaned each room and every level thoroughly, including the floors (hardwoods, tile and carpet), baseboards and window sills - all while I was working in my home office on conference calls for most of the time they were here. There were times when I forgot they were here! Will definitely use them again and again.

They work as a team and systematically go from room to room. They are very trust worthy and I have no problem leaving them alone in the house while I go run an errand. I would not hesitate to recommend them to clean your home.

Molly Maids of Mitchellville did a fantastic job on our house. We had just had some floors put in and it was dust everywhere in layers.

The team of Edith and Fabiola made our house look brand new for a house that is over 20 years. They did an excellent job in the bathrooms, especially the stand alone shower.

Paulette the owner was great. She set everything up and gave me a well thought out estimate which was spot on. We will definitely be using this office again in the next couple of months once things start looking a little crazy in the house again.

0 stars. This cleaning was scheduled in the beginning of June to be completed at the end of June. We called the morning of our scheduled cleaning to confirm they were coming. They confirmed that “someone should be there be there within the hour”. Over an hour later no one had arrived. We called back and they forwarded our call to a woman named Paulette who I assume is responsible for our area of Bowie MD. She said she had nothing on the calendar for us and blamed it on the scheduling team. This cleaning was scheduled for a Friday and new tenants were moving in on the following Tuesday. We were told the soonest they could get it done was Monday morning. We arrived to the home Monday afternoon to find a poorly done job. It looked as if they spilled oil on one of our carpets, barely cleaned the window sill, and ALL of the glass was embarrassingly streaky. We contacted customer service to express our concerns and were told they would pass the information along and someone would reach out, however no one ever followed up. We are a military family that moves often and will NEVER use or recommend this company.

Home Depot has really fell off. At one point in time you were met with associates who actually knew what they were talking about. Now why does an associate in the nursery not know what an herb is?

I want to start by saying this store has Fantastic Team Members who enjoy working together to create a great experience for families! Myself and my kids enjoyed our first time at the kid's DIY. Thank you all for the Home Depot hospitality!!

Sandoval Concrete & Landscaping is exceptional! They provide 5-star work and service for patios, retaining walls, fences, sheds, walkways, etc. We happily use them at our home and office in Silver Spring. Couldn't recommend them more!

Darwin just completed several jobs at my house - teardown and construction of a Trex deck, installing of aluminum railing on front porch, replacement of rotten wood, painting, and masonry repair. He was available to provide an estimate very quickly, offered a fair price for the work, and was very responsive throughout the project. I would definitely use his services again.

Called Sandoval Concrete for an estimate for tuckpointing on the bricks underneath the front door threshold. Coordinated the entire repair via text and they were super responsive and fast on working my repairs. Will use them again for concrete/masonry work.

Excellent work and communication the whole time. Had a 12x24 slab poured for a large shed and we are very pleased with the results. Sandoval and his crew are hardworking, professional and the end product is exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend this business.
