This morning around 7am as I was driving into work on 95S heading into VA. I witnessed one of your vehicles (Total Engineering, Inc.) swerving all over the road (Tag 24V375) and almost caused several accidents. Apparently the driver seemed to be under the influence or intoxicated. When I attempted to call your office to speak to someone, I was hung up on twice. When I proceeded to call back again, several more times no one answered the phone. This is quite unfortunate that you don't take the time to care about what is going on when your business can be affected.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when calling to alert your regarding one of your vehicles.

I am highly impressed with this company ! They are a first class business and have earned my respect . There was a incident on route 495N and it involves me and my car . The driver not only acknowledged me but did his best to help me with the problem . I see that the staff has been very well trained and it shows . I then encountered the office staff , nothing but excellence during my brief time there . But Mr. Simon Pinto , was even more the gentleman and professional as he repaired my windshield . He was quick , hard working and kind to me at every stage of his job !!!!!!!

I filed a claim with the company after my car was damaged by their heavy equipment while they were performing road ice removal. Throughout the entire process, the company was very professional and transparent. They promptly dispatched personnel to assess the damage and handled the situation efficiently.

The damaged rear light was replaced with an original Toyota part, and they also provided me with a rental car during the repair period. The repairs were completed within a few days, and the vehicle was returned fully cleaned, inside and out.

Excellent work. They have done several jobs for me on rental properties. They are a long time family-owned business; the owner is knowledgeable, fair, quite detailed, and has integrity as did his father years ago. The crew is hard-working, efficient, polite, and do fantastic work. They may not appear to be the cheapest when the proposals come in, but you'll pay less in the end.

My basement started taking on water, from my first phone call to the job completion everyone was awesome! Came out same day to give me estimate/proposal. When the crew arrived they all wore face masks . They described everything that was to be done and were very professional. The following day they arrived to go over everything that was done replace furniture and such and a final clean up. It actually looked better then when they had arrived originally, they turned a stressful situation for me into a job done well. Will definitely recommend to anyone that may be in need of their services Thank you

I recommend this company! Gabriel is professional and great to work with. At our multifamily building his work restored the power. He repaired wires, ran wires, labeled panels, secured outlets, installed new lights, and provided more prompt electrical services so we could meet code.

No se metan hacer negocios con esta compania de ventas de proyectos solares.,al inicio para vender ofrecen o prometen cosas que sin una farsa.,y al principio muy atentos a llamadas y mensajes y despues cuando te tienen atrapado ,no contestan y por todo lo I cumplido le echan la culpa a la otra compania titan ,y quien no tiene nad que ver en lo que ellos han ofrecido . ( lo de incentives, credito federal ,srec ,es una farsa referente a cantidades que ellos dicen al igual con el prestamo y mensualidad a pagar ,todo es .entire.,no se metan a eso de sustema solar ,es un dolor de cabeza ,super Mas caro de lo que se paga con Virginia power o otra compania de luz ,en resumen no hay ayuda de que baJe el costo mensual al instatalar paneles ,al contrario .,a .I me subio 60.00$ mas del primedio mensual,y entonces donde esta Esa ayuda? Una mentira no mas
