No se metan hacer negocios con esta compania de ventas de proyectos solares.,al inicio para vender ofrecen o prometen cosas que sin una farsa.,y al principio muy atentos a llamadas y mensajes y despues cuando te tienen atrapado ,no contestan y por todo lo I cumplido le echan la culpa a la otra compania titan ,y quien no tiene nad que ver en lo que ellos han ofrecido . ( lo de incentives, credito federal ,srec ,es una farsa referente a cantidades que ellos dicen al igual con el prestamo y mensualidad a pagar ,todo es .entire.,no se metan a eso de sustema solar ,es un dolor de cabeza ,super Mas caro de lo que se paga con Virginia power o otra compania de luz ,en resumen no hay ayuda de que baJe el costo mensual al instatalar paneles ,al contrario .,a .I me subio 60.00$ mas del primedio mensual,y entonces donde esta Esa ayuda? Una mentira no mas

After paying Best Solar Homes thousands of dollars for backup batteries, they refuse to get the permits required to make them legal. Unbelievable! How in the world does this company stay in business??

I’m generous enough to give this company even a one-star rating. I believe this company should not even have any stars. I have been trying to get a hold of this company's live agent for months. No one ever answers. The number on the webpage is disconnected; if you try to reach them through social media, they will leave you on read. The panels have not yet been connected, and nobody wants to resolve this issue. Whenever I locate somebody on social media, they promise to provide us a callback, but they never do. I have reached out to numerous emails provided again on the company's website. No one replies. Be aware of companies like the scam now. Because of this, we have to contract a lawyer to provide legal services since we don’t have an answer from anybody in this company. 

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I had solar panels installed with them 9 months ago and still cant pass inspection. It is a nightmare and to top it off im paying off a loan for 7 months and no active panels. They like to ignore my calls, and text messages, and when they do answer its with very little solution to my problem. They charged me for a main panel upgrade but their subcontractor Green Brilliance, refuses to do it ( states they werent paid for a main panel upgrade) They promote to care for the hispanic community but it cannot be further from the truth. I have contacted the main company Titan Solar and they too are ignoring their responsibility in this failure of a project. I have spoken to several home owners who also used Best Solar and all share horrible stories. Please stay away from such unprofessional, clueless , deceiving, money grabbing, shameless, circus act of a company.

This company makes big promises but fails to deliver on them.
Pablo and Marisol, the owners, appear more focused on their own profits than honoring their commitments. The company has even been featured in the news for its poor practices.

The worst company for solar installation I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is terrible. They lure you in with cheap payment plans, but the customer service is absolutely awful. Be very careful before signing anything with them.
