I called Leisure Contracting to get a replacement of my pool cover. They had the original dimensions so it was easy to order. The installation exceeded my highest expectations. Since I had some rusted inground eyelets, the installer drilled me replacement holes and gave me new inground screws. The order game with a fabulous automatic pump to get accumulated water off the impervious cover. It looks great. Is easy to put on in the fall and take off in the late spring. Can't say enough about their work. I have referred friends to them.

I had an estimate scheduled for today to get a quote for a pool, and received a phone call and an email saying that they were running 15 min late, after a hour and a half I decided to call them back to see if they were going to make it to our appointment, The lady on the phone replied oh yeah that came by and your house is on a hill so we decided we couldn't do the work. I think that if they were really a professional company they would have at least called and said something but No CALL NO SHOW. Showing how much they appreciate people would were interested in giving them business. Anthony & Sylvan Pools came out and were glad to do the work and seem much more professional. So I guess they will be getting my business.

Mid/Late July I reached out to them for an estimate for in-ground pool. Considering it's busy everywhere, it took them couple reminders and by first week of August I got an e-mail that contained several attachments including pricing, shapes, options etc.

It took more than a month for Dennis to produce the initial set of drawings, so far all without speaking with us. Again, everyone is busy, we understood and remained patient. We finally got some phone time to talk through few things and Dennis scheduled to come out to check the elevation last weekend. Scheduled for Saturday late afternoon but his appointments ran over so came Sunday instead, we were appreciative. He spent good amount of time measuring elevations and explaining pool placement options. We agreed to all the recommendations. He left and followed up with the revised drawing and a proposal which we promptly accepted.

All good so far... this is when we go for a walk, talk to our neighbor and learn about their bad experience with another pool builder and come back with some questions for clarification, of course we need our assurances or peace of mind if we are doing any major project. So, I wrote an e-mail to Dennis asking those questions, it was all cordial until now. My e-mail again cordially asking for some clarification as someone who doesn't have an understanding of the process.

This is where Dennis replies and completely fails to address my questions and instead says "I am taking a pass on your project". Wow, what happened? What did I say that made him flip?

Anyway, I tried to give him another chance by texting, e-mailing and calling him to see what is the misunderstanding but he didn't answer my calls, must have been busy, I get it. 3 hours later though, he replies with "answers to your questions attached"... I wish I could attach it here. He went through the pain to reply to my questions but in all red, lot of capitalization, double quotes and bold...very accusatory. I am scratching my head as he is listed as a customer service manager.

Needless to say, you lost my business and the business of my friends I would have otherwise referred to you. And please don't reply shouting at me again as I have proof. "Have a pleasant day"

The pool installers were very knowledgeable and helpful! We appreciate the tips on how to keep our liner looking great! We were told wrong information by another pool company about how to add chlorine to the pool, which, in turn ruined our old liner. This new liner is beautiful and we want to keep it that way!

Installed a new liner in my pool last year. Had sagging issues in a few places. Called Glen he said he could come out the best day or 2 to fix it and it would be easy fix. Did not hear from him for over a week. Called him again he told me he was to busy and would not fix it. Got into argument with him not sure why he asked me to post a review. Lol.

Glen and his crew are great Pool contractors ! They really know how to make a tired 20 year old Pool brand new and beautiful again :)They work fast and are very knowledgeable. Billy is a genius on Pool chemistry !!! Will definitely recommend this group again and again.

Glen & crew did a great job. They installed my pool liner repaired the floor & knew how to deal with all the issues with a 40 year old pool. My experiance with the pool industry was an eye opener. The arogance, no shows & lack of the simple act of returning a phone call was mind boggeling. Enough ranting. I am thankful my last phone call was Leisure Pools.

Glen and Denise provided us with a great experience building a wonderful pool. We interviewed several local companies and felt that Leisure pools provided the best quality product, and were very transparent about the entire process. We are extremely pleased with our decision and the outcome was a fantastic pool.

Glenn & his crew replaced our vinyl liner. He was professional and hands on. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend and will use again myself.

Great service and follow up. There crew is the Best!! The Owner Glen is a hands on guy he is there from start to finish. This was a complete inground pool refinish. I could not be happier with the turn out and the end product. I would rate them at 10 stars. Just tell them what you want and sit back an watch it all come together.

They did a great job on my pool. My pool was built in 1975 and really needed a refresh. They put a new liner in, new plumbing, and new bottom. It looks great and the pool is circulating better than ever. I will be bringing more business to them. I will also have them close and open my pool going forward.

Do not use this company. If you want a pool builder DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My in-laws had a pool built this past summer. They were always late or didn’t show up for days. The tiles were not put in a pattern, 4/5 same pattern tiles in a row. Concrete split over the coping. They do not do any work and just contract everything out. Even ran over their septic because they didn’t give the plans to the excavator. Glenn would never call them back, refused to follow through on a contract and was very arrogant. Please take your business elsewhere. Look this company up on the BBB they have tons of complaints!

Great experience. The guys worked quickly and cleaned up when done. The pool looks amazing it is the center of our summer time and they had it done in time. We had a tree fallnintonour pool in the winter. The company gave us a good price for New liner, added steps, and converted to salt. We had a slight issue later and they fixed it no questions asked. In the future I will use them 100%.

Glenn sent a crew to install a new cover for in my inground pool.

They showed up exactly the day and time that he promised and had zero issues.
They were nice and very professional.

I had my pool open new in May 2010. When it came time to close it in October 2011, the second season, my pool builder no longer wanted to service it. That's when Leisure Contracting stepped in and up, and they have handled my pool openings and closings since with dedicated service and attention to equipment and maintenance. Even though they didn't build my pool, the owner, Glen Lail, and his staff, treat me as if they had, treat me like part of the family! Thanks and kudos and Billy, it's time to get started...

A friend recommended Leisure Contracting to us for needed work on our Pool. They brought samples of new liners, to leave with my wife and I. We chose to add steps, convert our pool to Salt water as well as have the liner replaced. The pool was in worse shape then originally thought but they had us up and running in 2 days after the work started. After the work was completed they followed up to see if everything was to our liking and their pricing was very fair. I would recommend these guys to all who look for help with their pools.

I did my research and read the company reviews. I was pleased with my decision. Communication was clear, might take some time for him to get back to you as he is a very busy guy. He kept his appointment that was made months prior. Showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing our pool liner. I will use his services in the future and I’m spreading the word to my friends and colleagues.

Glenn..the owner is extremely efficient and professional. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions with great solutions. He was on time for my job and his team worked well together. There was absolutely no mess left and my grass area were the truck had to ride on was seeded and topped with hay. I am overjoyed and completely satisfied with the job Leisure Contracting performed for me. I highly recommend this Company and would definitely contract with them again should the need arise.
