The best Appliance service out there. I went with the well known Sears at first and they came out and said they could not fix my washer because the space it was in was too small. Mr Appliance had great customer service over the phone and came in the time frame they were suppose too. When they showed up they were professional and they worked in the space I had(very small closet) and they fixed my washer in less than an hour. I am so happy I called them!!!! I am will be using them in the future and I am going to tell my other friends.

Customer Service at it's best! Mr. Appliance of Central Maryland showed up on time for my appointment. Took a very short time to diagnose the problem. They were in and out within 30 minutes. Very clean and professional. My dryer is like brand new. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Central Maryland.

My Experience with Mr. Appliance was good. They were very courteous when they entered my residence. Even though I did not get my issue fixed, Mr. Appliance did find the issue and told me what needs to be done to fix it. I would use them again or tell a friend of their services in the future.

Greg is so unprofessional and all he does is get smart. his work did not even last 90 days and when I tried to call and tell him about it he suddenly couldn't remember if he had be paid or not. This is not the first time of his aggressive behavior and all I did was try and do business with him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!

Greg was very patient with me as I had several questions before diagnosing my Kenmore Elite Washer's error codes. He walked me through what could potentially cause the problems and offered superb service to resolve them without any hesitation. I highly recommend this technician's services because he is a professional, he will provide so much relief once your problem is resolved and he is a subject matter expert (SME).

Greg was very friendly and professional. He identified the problem and ordered the part we needed to fix our fridge. I appreciated the effort the Mr. Appliance employees are taking in the use of personal protective equipment during this time in a pandemic. Highly recommend!

We had a dishwasher installed after our previous one died. He was professional and explained each step of the installation. He installed it quickly and even ran the dishwasher to make sure it worked correctly. He provided great customer service and we will use Mr. Appliance again for our appliance repair and service needs.

Superb customer service! Before Mr. Appliance came out I had to dry my clothes multiple times before the clothes would dry. The technician took the time to ensure he thoroughly assessed my issue. He went above and beyond what was expected. My clothes are drying as they should now. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance Central Maryland to any and everyone in need of service.

I paid $99 for another appliance repairman to tell me the part to fix my microwave was discontinued. Granted, he was right, but when I googled it, there were plenty of replacement parts. I called Mr Appliance and Greg was helpful. He ordered my new magnetron and had it installed in a week. So glad I went with a second opinion and found Mr Appliance.

Our dryer drum would no longer spin and Greg came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. I was very happy with his service and professionalism. I will be recommending him to my clients and friends.

I called to request service for my ice maker, which stopped producing ice about a week ago. I was able to get an appointment for two days later. The service tech arrived timely, serviced my ice maker, and explained the services he performed. My ice maker is now working, but I was advised that in the event it was not fixed and I needed a new ice maket, the payment for today's service call would apply to the new costs, which was a plus.

Mr. Appliance of Central Maryland had amazing customer service. They were available for quick turnaround service. They take great pride in neatly and efficiently fixing your appliances at cost effective prices. I have always been highly satisfied and pleased with their service. 5 stars.

Mr. Williams was very professional, respected our house and cleaned up afterwards. He came at exactly the time promised. He didn't use parts he ordered and reduced the price accordingly. He promised if he had to come back he would not charge us for labor. Even though he came out on a Sunday due to bad weather Saturday, he had a wonderful disposition! Very impressed with the on time, personable technician and professional experience I had with Mr. Appliance of Central MD. The the technician arrived at the time quoted and did a thorough assessment of my washer to identify the issue. He resolved the washer issue successfully and prepared my service bill on tablet for review and settlement. Great experience and I would definitely recommend them for appliance repairs.

So they repaired three things for me in less then an hour. One of them the oven I thought was still broken. It was COMPLETELY my fault. However, im pregnant so a bit confused...Anyway I called them back asking they return to fix it. He returned and showed me with my own nose and eyes that nothing was wrong with the oven. I was not charged for this return visit. Nore did he show any Cocky or condenscending attitude towards me. He stayed until I was satisfied and even pet my dog! great service! i FEEL horrible for wasting his time but glad he never rubbed it in.

Greg Williams is by far the best appliance guy I've ever encountered, bar none!!! Greg came the same day I called!! Thank goodness he did, I may have lost my mind had he not! My drawer microwave was making a horrible noise that I couldn't make stop! There was no way to get to the plug to unplug it and the breaker panel wasn't helping! Greg comes in and figures out the solution in a matter of minutes!! He's great at his job, compassionate, and caring!! I've called on Greg in the past and he was there when I needed his expertise. He's proven to be reliable and competent yet again!! I will keep Greg on speed dial for my appliance repairs!!

Greg was responsive, quick, and accurate on diagnosing the issue with our freezer. He was friendly and professional, explaining the problem in terms we could understand. He then sourced the part and completed the repair in short order and got us back up and running.

The entire Mr. Appliance of Central MD team has been awesome. Over the past few weeks several of my appliances decided to fail on me. The entire team was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose and resolve my issues. As of today I am back to 100% with all of my repairs and I couldn't be happier with the overall service from initial pricing request to completed service. I would highly recommend to anyone else.

Greg arrived during the alloted time window. He was up front and quoted a fair price. He fixed the problem quickly and my dryer is working again. His repair saved me from purchasing a brand new dryer. The repair is covered for a year warranty.

My service window was 9-12pm. Greg arrived at 11:50.. Perfect! I already had the new Garbage disposal so he got right to work, he also replaced the switch on the wall as well. I expressed a need for a plumber, he also gave me a referral for a colleague that he suggested. ( 2 4 1) not only do I now have an appliance provider but a plumber as well. Job well done Greg, thx 👊🏾
