Constraction reviews in Laurel, Maryland

I’m extremely satisfied with the work done on my home. Hermande and team remodeled my two bathrooms and kitchen, and everything was completed to a high standard. The work was clean, on time, and showed great attention to detail. Everything turned out beautiful, exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality workmanship. Thank you again, Hermande and team!

Hermande Home Improvement LLC did a wonderful job fixing the siding of my house. They gave me a reasonable quote and they’re very responsive. They went the extra steps to paint match the siding piece and ensure that the surrounding area of the siding is properly fitted. They provided us with clear pictures of the before and after. I would definitely recommend their team to anyone that is looking for a general contractor. I will be using them again in the future.

Terrible customer service

Great Job signed the contract on the day of the estimate they didn't ask me for a deposit until the day of the start

I wish I found them sooner for my other project. 10/10 on everything.

They showed up and did job very well. I plan to use them again.

Great results on new pool deck and patio. Stands by their work.

They added closet in the basement. The work was excellent. My wife and I were very impressed. The price was fair and reasonable. These are definitely my go to guys from here on out !!!

I would not recommend this company you have to watch these guys carefully.
1. they would send you a contract through a word document so that they can edit and change the quoted price.
I would be going to report their license as they tried to scam. Additionally they refused to send back the deposit I placed when I confirmed the original contract before they increased it.

The team did an outstanding job on our patio. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to build amazing patios. Everything went seamelsss and well organized. Extremely happy with our new patio :)

My wife and I are so very happy and pleased with the work that was done on Thursday April 25th. We didn't think that a toilet could be possible as well as the Faucet on some old pipes could ever work again, but the Crue did the work and it was done like the Professionals that they are. Thank you once again for all that you do, and my God bless you and your family 😀😎👍🙏

Excellent work! Absolutely love the results. Highly recommended!

Efficient and quality work. They rebuilt my deck in 4 days and did a great job cleaning up daily. I will definitely use them again.

The company was very profssional. They checked in with me throughout the process. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend them. I am actually looking into getting more work done by them.

5+ star experiences with this family team. They do excellent work, are responsive, and get the job done when they say they will. Highly recommend them. They’ve done an awning over a staircase, waterproofing, and a back patio. Excellent work.

Kitchen looks great. They did a wonderful job bringing my old space back to life.
