The garden department is great. There is a plentiful supply of popular plants and the staff is helpful and informative.

The workers were very helpful but the process was horrid, I had my floors measured,paid my 35 dollars but they treated the measurement information like it was top secret (must pick a product - like the measurements are going change depending on the brand of wood-annoying) , scared I was going to take the measurement elsewhere I guess. So I picked a product. Then I asked for multiple quotes to have options as to what I could afford to have completed..the staff helped to make that request happen but the process should not be so stressful in ..dealing with a remote person on the phone, that person had to be called back because they didn't send the quotes...it was long process and it ate up over two hour easily. Lastly they could not quote my steps within 72 hours (its Friday and they would like me to wait untim Monday or Tuesday). Its not the staffs fault that home depot set up with this annoying process. The staff is the only reason they get a 3 and not a neg 100. Great staff- horrible process improvement and process managment. They need onsite end to end professionals.: Addition weeks later -- they didn't even honor the floor measurement said Ihad to send in pictures etc because the person that measures my floors didn't provide enough information. This place needs new managment. I changed mu review from a 3 to a 1, I got ripped off and didn't get the information required to get my floors done. Very pissed.
