Team Karla was amazing! We'd had other teams in the past that didn't meet our expectations, but the cleaning we received with Team Karla was exactly what we'd hoped for!

There were many areas that were not cleaned to my specifications, i.e. dust left on the stairs (wood), cutting board not wiped clean, kitchen sink not cleaned well, one room left unvacuumed and the pantry was not swept. One candle holder was broken but I understand accidents happen.

They did a fantastic job! We booked a one-time deep clean and our place hasn't looked this clean since we moved in. No regrets! Thanks Emely!

I had trouble with a previous maid company who caused damages and weren't insured, so I contacted Emely's and requested insurance/bond information but I wasn't provided the info. I didn't use their services because I wasn't able to check if they were licensed/bonded in MD.

Great cleaning services! All employees I have met are very friendly and always arrive on time. They do a thorough job and add nice little touches like decoratively folding the bathroom and kitchen towels. Apartment smells great afterwards and looks spotless! Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Their prices and scheduling was online so it was very easy and convenient to schedule. I had scheduled them for a one time cleaning and they arrived on time and got right to work. They did a fantastic job and I will be signing up for a recurring plan with them.
