Fantastic communication, arrived early, courteous staff, unbelievable cleaning results that went far above and beyond what was expected for the price. Not to mention easy online scheduling, invoicing, and payment. We will be repeat customers and easily recommend Emely’s to others.

Emely cleaning service were wonderful. Somehow my booking got cancelled (I don’t know what I did) and they were so kind to still fit me in the way I needed them! Janet came out and did an amazing job! Will be using them monthly, possible biweekly!

I had a deep clean done to my apartment, Meydi was her name that conducted the service, she’s an one woman show, and she did great! She hit all the areas that needed to be done and did it in a timely fashion. Recommend her 100%, will definitely be booking again

I have had many cleaning services before. None have been even close to how wonderful Emely and her team are. Their cleaning services are extremely detailed, they are always on time, and have the most pleasant customer service. I feel lucky to have found them and would highly recommend. In fact, many of my friends and family now use their services as well.

After going through other cleaning services that were not on time or unresponsive to issues, I have finally found a cleaning service that delivers what they advertise and is prompt to answer any concerns. Team Karla is such a joy and is always considerate to my cat and any special requests. My home always looks amazing after and she pays special attention to the small details. The scheduling and payment system is convenient and easy to use also!

My work schedule has been crazy and I haven’t had the time to clean my space to my standards. After looking at reviews and services of several different companies, I decided to go with Emely’s Cleaning Service. I loved the option to book online and that I was able to see the available services and prices right up front. I don’t have a large space, so I also appreciated seeing a company that was skilled in cleaning small spaces. I received a quick response through the client portal and I was set for my first time clean. I was not home for the clean but when I returned home from work I nearly cried at how spotless my home was! Everything was done with such care from top to bottom. I love this service and I absolutely plan to schedule more regular cleans either biweekly or monthly. Thank you so much for your amazing work!

Decent company. The maids do great work and are very polite. I book the monthly service and with that usually 1-2 people come to clean the house within a few hours. However, the reason for the 3 star rating is that they seem to increase prices every few weeks (typically by $5-10). I ignored it at first, but this last increase was $20.

I understand we are in a different market now, but the price adjustments every time I go to make a re-occurring booking is getting to be a bit annoying. It’s always a “surprise” how much the monthly booking will cost when I go to schedule the next cleaning visit.

So, while the pricing is reasonable compared to other cleaning companies, I think it would be better business etiquette to re-evaluate expenses, adjust the price appropriately, and keep the set price for a while vs. every 3-6 weeks.

Will likely cancel the re-occurring booking and look for a new maid service with more consistent pricing.

This company is a SCAM. I paid $180 for a Deep Clean. Instead I got a rude individual wiping surfaces with bleach for 1 hour. No cleaning, no scrubbing just wiping surfaces with bleach. When I told her I paid for a Deep Clean with bathroom included, she told me no because “It is too hard, I don’t want to bend down to clean”

When I asked her why she didn’t clean more she said “I’m tired, this job is too big for one person”. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional. This company charges ridiculous prices to clean but they DO NOTHING. I lost $180 and had to clean the bathroom plus other areas myself. Do not trust this company. They will waste your time and money. You will REGRET it.

First, the lady is polite. The second is she's dedicated and the service is not expensive. She's friendly and can be trusted. She loves what she does and does it pretty well.
