AMAZING!!! Yesterday, I had the carpet cleaned in my entire house. We moved out of a rental after 8 years and we really didn't have the highest expectations that it would be possible to get the carpet exceptionally clean. After 15 years (the last time the carpet was professionally cleaned), many, many kids (from toddlers to teens), several mystery stains, 6 dogs over the years, and 2 cats, the lower level, in particular was a disgusting, embarrassing mess! When Frank finished, the carpet looks new and smells great! If I hadn't been there, I would have thought that he had replaced the carpet! I highly recommend this company!

These are the best carpet cleaning professionals that I encountered in 30 years. Everything went great from the moment I called them until the job was finished. The price was reasonable and it was exactly what they quoted me. They were able to get out some stubborn spots that Stanley steamer couldn’t get out. I would use them again anytime. Most importantly, they didn’t try to add unnecessary charges and did try up selling things that I didn’t need.

I recently moved into a townhouse, the carpet looked clean, but it was stiff and had a "chemical" smell to it. I called Professional Carpet Care and with social distancing and all the COVID regulations his services were excellent. He made arrangements to come while I was at work, I met him as I was headed out the door, he and his staff was masked and kept within social distancing space. Not only did he clean my carpets, he deodorized, sanitized and pet treated my carpets. He called me when he was finished. As I was walking to my door him and his staff was stepping out, all equipment was already loaded into his van, and we never came between 6 feet of each other. I locked my door and went back to work, 7 hours later when I came home, my carpets look amazing, It smells so good, fresh and clean. I am thankful for him. I have been using his services for over 12 years and I would never recommend anyone else.

This company is amazing! My dog’s Health is declining quickly and he’s been sick. I came home to a mess yesterday and looked up company reviews of several companies. They had 5 star reviews all around so I gave them a call. Though I called after hours they scheduled the appointment and were here first thing this morning. They were prompt, polite, kind, and very professional. They adhered to county covid-19 safety laws by wearing masks, they informed me of the safe cleaning products they use for the sake of my animals, and they discussed their cleaning process. I was very impressed with their service.
And, my 8 year old carpets look brand new!

Where do I start?! I was a complete damsel in distress. Found a new home for my family and it needed major TLC. Frank saved the day at the very last minute and did not disappoint! Very thorough in ways that I never expected (carpeted areas inside closets and small hidden spaces). Pet smell gone, urine stains gone, carpets looks plush and brand new. I had my carpet cleaned and furniture disinfected yesterday. Frank did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet and furniture. I'm pleased with the results, and I would highly recommend this company to others. Frank wore a mask and shoe covers during the cleaning. Social distancing was practiced the entire cleaning. He was also professional and timely. Hands down I will support this black owned business again!

We use Professional Carpet Care for all of carpet cleans. They are very detailed oriented and meticulous with their work. We have them do all of our common area hallway carpets and the furniture in our clubhouse and were very pleased with the way everything turned out. They also clean all of our vacant and occupied units. The product they use always leaves a very fresh clean smell that our residents are extremely happy with. Any time they enter an occupied unit they are courteous and professional! I highly recommend this company!

Professional Carpet Care did an excellent job with cleaning the carpets in my house. Frank and his crew arrived when scheduled and not only cleaned the carpets but disinfected the house. Also I had several ripples in my carpet and they made sure that the carpet was stretched. I have several properties and will be using them again. They treat your carpet as if it was their own. I hired Professional Carper Care to clean my entire house carpets before my baby due date. Frank was amazing! He was on time, affordable, and did wonders on my carpet. All the stains from 4 kids are now gone and he also left my house smelling fresh. My old carpet feels new and plush. This is my third cleaning and it was the best service. Mr. Frank is a true professional, courteous, easy to schedule with, and pays attention to detail. He worked hard to lighten up stubborn discoloration on carpeting that other steam cleaners failed to get out. His pricing is also much more reasonable than others, especially for smaller jobs. We have been using Drynamic for more years than I am able to recall and I am just now discovering this app, otherwise we would have written a long, long time ago. Wayne is prompt, courteous, friendly and high-energy. His work on cleaning our carpet is impeccable and thorough. The method of cleaning is like dry cleaning rather than steam cleaning. We love the results and would never go back to steam cleaning.

The way that I found out about this site that permits reviews is by initiating a call to Wayne asking how could I let others know how much I appreciated his service and wanted to let others know about it.
