The technician was at my home within 40 minutes and immediately diagnosed a burned up motor in the air handler. He had a universal replacement motor in the service truck and replaced the burned up motor within 40 minutes. Got home at 5 and noticed the a.c. not working properly. Called the service line around 6 . Was told it may be awhile. Trent called around 830 and said he would be there shortly . Bottom line. Service restored by 9:30 (no other company would be at your house this late)by his excellent trouble shooting abilities and had the part in hand. Very professional man. Nice and Polite. TN Bowes and his staff continue to impress.

Good morning this This is Geneva & Ray Shanahan. T & N Bowes has been with us for the last 17 years that I have known. Their company and their guys Mark, Terry, Chris, Jaden, Tom and Eric the most professional and excellence work I've ever seen done on our home. This major work was replacing the electrical, AC, water tank with humidifier most of all oil furnace replaced by electric furnace. They were the most respectful and loyal workers that I have seen and got the job done right the first time. I highly recommend T & N Bowes for all this major work done for any home in St. Mary's County. They had the work completed and done within four days. We were not inconvenient hardly at all and they were very liable and for our concerns and safety when doing the work. Thank you Eric for coordinating everything for us and make it very convenient. Easy to schedule, called previous day for a tech to come out the next day between 9-11am. The tech called me a few minutes after 9am to let me know they were on the way, about 15min away. Arrived shortly after, mask on, were courteous, and took note of our no shoes in house rule and complied without even being asked. He got to work right away, listened to my concerns, explained how things worked and made the repair needed. Thank you so much for this easy and quick process! Will definitely use again in the future if needed.
