I have helped support the IT needs of this company in the past. So knowing them and how they operate as a business I thought of them when I needed support. I know I made the right call. Quality products, prompt service and support, but most importantly it’s the people themselves. The staff from start to finish are knowledgeable and friendly and do amazing work. If I were to have any issues down the road it will not change how I feel about this company because I know it will just be my luck and have nothing to do with their work.

Update, had a small issue with no heat downstairs and called Shannon. She had a tech out and corrected the programming on my thermostat to solve within 2 hours of my call all under warranty. Self induced lol…

The dispatcher was courteous and helpful. The appointment was scheduled same day. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They answered all questions and fixed our issues promptly. I would definitely recommend their service.

I called Hancock to get a quote to replace my HVAC system. The staff is super polite and respectful. They came out same week and crawled into a tiny crawlspace to provide my wife and I with a quote. The pricing is very reasonable. We are moving forward and hiring Hancock to replace the hvac equipment.

The service was done quickly, efficiently, and the workers were polite, everything was left as neat as a pin. When we need additional work done, Hancock's will remain our go to! When calling Hancock for a service call for our unit not functioning, I was informed their technicians were working overtime and it would most likely be next day before they could get to us. About 2 hours later, a technician was on the way. Once the part was received 5 days later, they came immediately with the new motor to install. A frog electrocuted himself on the capacitor which then blew out the motor, poor little guy. We on the other hand are happy customers.

We switched the Hancock from another county HVAC installer. We’re very happy we did and quite sure it was the best move for us. They have been responsive, thorough, courteous, and anxious to help in any way they could. I highly recommend them. I can’t imagine anyone would ever regret Using their services.

My parents have used Hancock for 38+ years. I called them when my HVAC failed over a holiday weekend. Techs got out quickly and on-time. Never tried to upsell or push unnecessary parts. Great local company!

We had Hancock come out to provide estimates for several natural gas furnace replacement options, including switching to an HVAC with gas backup. Brad Wheeler impressed us with his breath of knowledge regarding system performance and latest technology, as well as providing detailed estimates. Called Hancock before they opened. They called me back before office hours and said they would have someone there in a few hours. Arrived on site, showed me the problem, and fixed it. The second time, I have had them fix my unit. Amazing staff and never overcharges or makes you feel like you're paying with a kidney.

We’ve use Hancock for many years and they never disappoint. We had an emergency arise after hours in the cold weather and they were there within 30 minutes. That’s some amazing service! Their technicians are always the best and their prices are incredibly fair. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Hancock for your HVAC needs. We had a issue with our 27 year old system that just couldn't be fixed with replacing parts. The owner Mark cane out and took a look to make sure the old system just couldn't be fixed, took measurements and sent a quote for a WHOLE new system. The pricing was way less then my mind was ready for. After accepting the proposal, they were here 4 days later! Not having this type of service before, I think that is incredibly fast! The 2 Tyler's were here early in the morning and had the whole old system out and the new system up and running in one day!
