David was a fantastic representative. He was informative and professional. His knowledge of the system was very helpful in helping a new homeowner learn. He was not rushed and provided as much time as I needed to understand to ask questions and understand the issue. Thank you.

Had the best experience. I had another company come out and they said the freon was leaking and there were growth on the fan....and quoted me $685 for the servicing and cleaning. They also stated that I would need a replacement and it would cost $12k.i called winters heating and cooling for a second opinion. Nick and his team member were very nice and honest. They did a pressure check and did not find any leaks or much growths at all...plus they are quoting me so much less for a replacement. 10/10 recommmend!

Fantastic! Winter’s Heating and Cooling was recommended to me. I called them up and they came out within 3 hours. They were polite snd professional. They listened to the problem as well as what I thought might be wrong. They checked what I suggested first, found that was the problem, had the part on their truck and fixed it in 5 minutes! They didn’t try to sell me any other service. Asked first, if I was interested in any recommendations. Gave some helpful advice, checked to make sure everything was working properly and left. A perfect transaction. I highly recommend them and will call them first for any other heating or cooling issues.

Update. I scheduled a maintenance session and surprised them with another problem which they diagnosed and now we have a plan to fix. Awesome!!!

Had a nice discussion with the owner. Cleared up my concerns. This is a family run business and they have their customers best interest. I will continue to use winter's for all my heating and cooling needs!

Dave Winters and his crew are the best. Was using the 3 letter company and was not happy. Called Winters and set a appointment to have them give my oil furnace a tune up that had not been done for a few years. They came in and did a great job. Kept everything clean, checked out that worked to it's best Efficiency. Will never let anyone touch my system again but Winters. Thank you David!

Always nice to get a text/email heads up that the team was coming. Nick and his teammate were polite and courteous. Finished up the job and put everything back together well. I especially enjoyed the video of my dryer vent.

Good communication via text. Kenny was on time even before I returned home. He checked all systems inside and outside and informed me of a bad motor. Very knowledgeable and replaced all opened coverings as they were before. Looking forward to having the motor replaced.
