They are a small company that focuses more on serving its customers and earning repeat business than they are on expanding their territory or making larger profit margins. They're honest and considerate, they get the job done on time and on budget. I've had to get bids on new systems twice now, and each time Powell and Turner came in with the best bid ensuring they provided the best warranty service and the right system for the right application. Most recently, in the coldest snap we had this winter, Wayne personally came out on a Saturday, two days after our old system failed, to install a new HVAC system for our elderly tenant!
