Joshua and his team are lifesavers. We had a sewer drain excavation/replacement need in our backyard in a tricky spot around our roof deck support pole. Josh and his team have worked on these types of issues many times in the past and assured us they could help. They provided a great service at a fair price. Josh was easy to communicate with, on time, flexible, and honest. I would highly recommend him to friends/family going forward. Many other providers that gave us estimates for the job were not very helpful and did not want to take on the work. Pohlman and team really came in to save the day.

The guys arrived on time. Very polite and made sure all flooring was covered. They had to switch out one water heater for a smaller one due to space contraints. Left and where back, had the new one installed in no time. Marve was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

A cleaning person inserted the stopper for the garbage disposal upside down and as a result when it was covered with garbage, it no longer operated. Removing the stopper took five seconds and saved us over $500!

Joe and Steve were very easy to talk to on the phone. There was no condescending attitude that a woman finds when dealing with some service people. The price for the HVAC system installation was fair and they actually matched a different company's quote.

Men were respectful and polite. surprisingly, they were here in just an hours time from our 911 phone call that our basement was flooded, and found that all the supply lines needed replacing. after ordering necessary supplies, they were here before their estimated start date and completed their work throughout the entire house in only one day. I am extremely happy with how the entire company is managed. already planning their next job on another house we own, having major plumbing problems.

Men who did the work were very professional and completed the work well. They even replaced insulation behind a pipe that they had to take out.

I called a couple of other plumbers to try and get an estimate for hot water heater replacement. One wanted $89.00 just to come out and look at the job,and another gave us a very costly estimate. Mr. Pohlman gave us a price nearly $400.00 cheaper. The work was done the next day very professionally and quickly. The technicians answered all of my questions and were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be using Pohlman if and when I need plumbing services again. Thank you!

I had to have work done to repairing the faucet over my tub as well as replace the faucet in the kitchen. The repairman was polite cleaned up afterwards and even showed us how we could prevent future problems with my pipes.
