Pohlman Plumbing

Joshua and his team are lifesavers. We had a sewer drain excavation/replacement need in our backyard in a tricky spot around our roof deck support pole. Josh and his team have worked on these types of issues many times in the past and assured us they could help. They provided a great service at a fair price. Josh was easy to communicate with, on time, flexible, and honest. I would highly recommend him to friends/family going forward. Many other providers that gave us estimates for the job were not very helpful and did not want to take on the work. Pohlman and team really came in to save the day.

I would not recommend Pohlman Plumbing, which was sent to us by American Home Shield (AHS) for warranty-related service on our water heater. Pohlman indicated that the water heater was unrepairable and required replacement, and wrote up a report in a way that resulted in a claim denial by American Home Shield (stating that the water heater failure was the result of a leak in the attached expansion tank, thus allowing AHS to state that the water heater problem was an uncovered "incidental" cost of the expansion tank failure, and this despite the fact that our policy fully covers water heaters). Pohlman then quoted us an out-of-pocket cost of $1950 to replace the water heater. We then called a far more reputable local plumber, Number One Repairs, which was able to fully repair the water heater in less than one-half hour, and for the cost of no more than a service call of $100.

Great company and staff! I will think fondly of them everytime I flush my powder room toilet.
