Superior softwash did an excellent job on our entire house! Our home sits on an acre with lots of trees and our deck and home shows it. They made our home look like new and our sidewalk so bright! Thank you Chris, Matthew and your assistant for a wonderful job!

Jacob and Romelle arrived on time. Were professional, explained the process and reviewed the scope of the work. They were respectful of my property and did a great job in cleaning the exterior of my house and the roof.

A few days after they left, I noticed that the finish on my garage window was removed by the softwash. I called the company and the receptionist took my name and number. Two weeks later, no one had called back. I called again and complained. There was no record of my call. They assured me the service manager would call back. Finally, in September, I called again. This time again I was told there was no record of my call and complaint. Again, I was reassured the service manager would call. I still haven't heard back. This was a special coating on the window. I gave up and painted the window myself.

Just an outstanding job from sales to execution. The sales representative responded right away, answered all questions thoroughly, and was flexible to my changing schedule. The team performing the work were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and asked all the right questions to make sure they had clear direction. And they worked VERY hard through a long day. I had a lot of work done and despite a couple snags they still completed everything I asked for and did a great job doing so. I am very impressed with Superior SoftWash and highly recommend using them for roof, house, deck, and even furniture.

Stupendous! If you've ever tried to clean that black coating that"grows" on your pavers/stone walkways or metal roofing, you will never try it again. Superior spent 5 hours working non-stop with great care of my property and landscaping. They retreated any areas that weren't completely cleaned to their satisfaction. Pleasant and professional. I'm recommending Superior SoftWash to all my friends...and to you!

Romelle came out on Saturday and cleaned my deck surface and front sidewalk and did an amazing job. I have tried to get the stains out of my composite deck surface for a couple of years to no avail, but he got the stains out. Thanks Again.

Fantastic job. Two full time employees spending hours of exacting work. They were true professionals along with being courteous in a way you don't see much anymore. Compared to other companies you pay more but you get so much more. My wife and I are dazzled by the results. Neighbors are so impressed that they are contacting the company. You can go with a cheep 14 year old car or you can go with a new, top of the line Mercedes.Money is always a factor but you get what you pay for.

I stumbled upon this company after realizing this was a job that I could not tackle. Nothing but pure professionalism and kindness from the first call, then a rep came out to look at the property. The gentleman was extremely polite and efficient. Scheduling was quick. Today the cleaning was completed and I was more than satisfied. I can go out on my deck and have an early morning cup of Joe and bbq!!! A big thank you to all who have made this possible. I definitely recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul and his crew showed up within the window promised to provide a soft wash alternative to power washing the outside of our home. They got right to work, but did not rush the process, making sure to get all the designated areas sparkling clean and fresh while taking care to avoid damaging plants and furniture! No more unsightly and damaging mildew and mold! All three gentlemen were friendly and courteous! I will definitely call Superior Softwash for my future outdoor cleaning needs!

I had my house washed by the company in April 2021. Everything looked good and the many trees around my house looked healthy. The company ensured me that the vegetation around my house would not be harmed and if an issue occurred they would be able to replace any damaged vegetation. I followed the company's instructions to water the landscaping near my home every other day for the next ten days. By early May I noticed that one of the trees in my backyard began to look discolored and sick. It seems the crew that cleaned my house likely forgot to neutralize the area where this tree sits. I called the company and they directed me to contact the dispatch email. They sent out a crew the next day to neutralize the area. Dispatch informed that they would be reaching out to check on the tree's progress. After several weeks, of trying to contact them to identify next steps, as my tree was dead, agreed to replace the tree in summer 2022—something about “Sometimes tree rebound in the next year, so let’s give it some time.” A year later and summer is almost over and they have not replaced the tree. No response after several emails, calls and text messages. Very disappointed in the company. I would not use them in the future or recommend anyone to use them if you value your landscaping.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the excellent job they did cleaning my house!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. This tenant property had become very dirty and their products washed the dirt away and made the paint colors just pop. Now the house is ready for the painters to paint the side & rear of the house to match the front porch. And I learned how their process is going to add years of life to my roof saving me big bucks on a new roof. Saving money on capital improvements is a big winner in my book!
