Very happy to have a cleaners open again on the Russett side of 198. It seems to be the same as Russett Cleaners with a slightly remodeled interior and the same prices as before.

They're not open at 7:00a.m I went and was close they open until 8:00a.m to 6:00p.m

They did a great , job on cutting off , some work pants . They did this job on short notice, and did a great job . I will go back for alterations.

Worst service ever!! They changed the color of my clothes and won’t take accountability. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go here!!

I am very disappointed in how they treated me and didn't listen to what I asked for. I needed a clasps replaced on my pants .She said button I said no clasps I prepaid and left she didn't give me a receipt. When I went to pick them up there was a big blue button on it she then argued with me with what I asked for she then said I didn't pay. I didn't have a receipt I reluctantly paid she told me she would replace the clasps.The only thing she didn't do was try to charge me again. I'm not going to use them ever again.

I’ve gone to the place about 6-8 times for regular dry cleaning. 2 times it was fine. Twice, they tried to give me back clothes that CLEARLY weren’t mine. Once they lost a a custom made tuxedo (eventually found it). Oh, and my wife tried to have them alter a dress and it was sooo bad. The last visit, I left my credit card and when I went back the next day they said there was no Lost and Found and angrily told me to call my bank to cancel the card. There is another dry cleaner across the street, just go to that one bro.

Second and last time ever patronizing this business! The Asian lady is extremely rude and quite curt. Needed a simple straight sundress hemmed. She quoted $30 which is too much. Said, no thank you. First time she was rude too but hemmed 3 corduroy pants $12 ea for total of $36.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Extremely poor customer service and they are rude to their customers. If you care about your clothes I would not come here. They aren’t properly cleaning the clothes and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Took my white suit to be cleaned with one stain on the collar. It came back with 3 new stains and lint balls all over the trim as if it was thrown in the dryer. She ask me to come back to pick it up. Jacket was destroyed! Owner lacks integrity and tried to say I bought to her that way and that the suit was old. It was a brand new suit I even showed her the purchase receipt of March 2025. She pressed it for me fresh out the package. Don’t EVER bring your clothes here because if her third party company messes up your clothes she will not do the right thing and file a claim to rectify the situation.

The lady and her son are extremely rude and lack integrity. Lack of customer service and refuse to take responsibility for the poor job they are doing. Do not bring your clothes here if you don’t want them damaged.

WORST DAMN CLEANERS IN MARYLAND! Do not go!! SHE HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE, total disregard for professionallism, and she will not do what you asked. She ruined a 400 dollar coat by doing exactly what I asked her not to do! Do not use!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I brought several clothes here and when the clothes were returned to me a cream dress I had was now pink. They said they would investigate it but they ended up not taking responsibility for their mistake. The owner and her son lack integrity and are not honest people. My mother’s dress was also ruined. Her cream stripes on her dress were now also pink. They tried to say the damage happened after I left the store when the clothes hadn’t been touched since they were cleaned by them. I am truly disappointed in how they conduct business.
