Precision Comfort did an excellent job installing new heat pump system. The quality of their work is second to none. Would recommend them for HVAC repairs/ installation.

I’m writing this review because I was blown away by the service I received from Precision comfort. My ex girlfriend recommended the company so I was skeptical at first. I thought she might want to set me up but this wasn’t the case. There were no reviews on here also so I texted the ex and she said the company was new but the owner has been in the field for 25+ years. I decided to give Precision comfort a shot and it was a great choice. Tony was very knowledgeable and kind. I trust him and he had my back like family. He fixed my AC issues and thoroughly explained everything. I can’t thank him enough. I’d recommend him to everyone I know and everyone reading this. If someone does a service beyond your expectations you should atleast give your thanks by writing a review. Thank you

I hires Precision Comfort to Install a heat pump and duct work in my basement I have a older house and I wanted to up date my system the tech that came out Tony he was very polite and knowledgeable about what type of system I would need to keep my basements comfortable. He told me that the suspects I was paying for would be installed and running in two days and it sure was he kept me updated on the progress of the work I would recommend this company to anyone I know. I was surprised with Precision Comfort cause I never heard of them i found out about the company On Facebook so I decided to give them a try and it worked out for the best keep up the good work

Mrs. Lynn was the greatest my fiance called about our heat and they didn't have a appt until next week, she didn't leave it there she checked the weather and told her it's going to be cold this weekend let me get you an appt she did Jeff from Modern Aire repaired my unit and left detailed invoice. I would like to comment on the Service I received from Modern Aire LLC. The Repairman was Mr. Jesse Tippett. Mr. Tippett was on time. He even contacted me before arriving as I requested. Mr. Tippett did an excellent job on my AC Unit. I might add this is my 2nd work request from Mr. Tippett. The 1st job was expedited in a professional matter and I was very pleased.

Jesse was my tech. I missed my earlier appointment, but he came within 30inutes minutes of me rescheduling. He was very polite and informative. And very respectful to the property. Very satisfied.

This was a service through SMECO but he was quite detailed in assessing my system which is about 14 years old. Based on my first interaction I would definitely use them again.

Called yesterday due to no heat, and the temp outside had just dropped this week. Tonya was great and got me on the next days schedule. Jesse called me the following morning and was at my house within 15 minutes and had my system up and running shortly after. He explained everything very well. I will definitely be using this company for any future HVAC needs.
