Natural Elements MD Inc

This was the third major project that Natural Elements has done for us. Shane, the owner, is a real talent with plants, shrubs, and flowers. He's very hands-on actually working on the project. He has a very artistic sense of what will enhance the beauty of the yard. He created a beautiful new area with year-round color and deer resistant plants in a long neglected part of the yard. His project this winter was to create a stone walkway in another neglected part of the yard. Again an artistic thing of beauty. His help has been with him for some period of time. They are also very gifted, hard working, and courteous.

We have worked with Natural Elements on a number of projects the past few years and always end up delighted. Most recently the team was here to put the yard to bed for the winter. We also use the monthly maintenance service to keep the shrubs/beds tidy; they keep on top of tasks I just couldn't keep up with to ensure our home looks nice all year round. What has impressed me most is that Shane continues to stay personally involved in our projects (even though we are an established account) and Nisha is always responsive from the office. They are capable and attentive and do what they say they'll do, on time and within budget. All small businesses should look to them as an example of how to serve customers well.

What a great experience I had working with Shane. He showed up on time for our original meeting and listened intently to what my wants were. His suggestions and design gave me more then I could have envisioned . He was on the job site working and overseeing that it was done properly. I am thrilled with the end result!! I will be using them in the future.
