They had the natural stack stone I needed for a hundred dollars cheaper than the competition.

Reasonably priced, great quality work. Completed on schedule. Cleaned site after completion.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. They were very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. Based on provided measurements, pictures, and discussion with them, they quickly came back with a very reasonable estimate to replace my failing sidewalk. As we would find out later, the concrete sidewalk was sinking like the Titanic because the original builder (a big one in Southern Maryland) failed to properly prepare the surface before pouring concrete and poured it over a huge area of sand, which naturally sank when it got wet. The whole sidewalk slab was tilting downward. The same problem is happening to other houses in the community. HOWEVER, Stepping Stone came in and broke up the concrete and hauled it away. After removing the concrete, and accidentally finding the main water line for the sprinkler system which they did not damage, they redirected two downspouts underground and away from the sidewalk to pop-ups in the yard. They then proceeded to create a very solid base of gravel, compacted multiple times, layer after layer for a depth of 6". They then carefully laid down exactly 1" layer of sand which formed the base for the pavers. Throughout this process, they used a laser level to ensure the slope of the entire project was exact. To watch the lay the pavers is like watching someone put a puzzle together. It is a real art. They carefully spaced each of the pavers to ensure proper spacing before laying the concrete sand. They put in a strong edging material which used large spikes to hold it in place. After all of this they put down top soil along the edges of the sidewalk, which we discovered had also sunk about 2". They properly tapered the top soil, put down grass seed and straw. They absolutely took their time to do an accurate job, and took pride in their work. You can not even tell that they had been here other than the beautiful paver sidewalk. You can NOT go wrong with using Stepping Stone. They will deliver on what they promise and will do an outstanding job. Will I use them again? Without any doubt.

Came in to get custom cap stone, very helpful staff, showed me what they had the service they provide. It ended up they did not have what I needed and the items they have were out of the price I was searching for.

Stepping Stone does excellent work. Our patio has become one of my favorite places in our home. They do wonderful work and are extremely reliable.

Lots of back and forth in email. Lots of phone calls. Wanted the guy to come on site to evaluate. Was told that wouldn't be an issue. I never did hear back for getting anything setup after being told they'd be in touch. Given how difficult it was just trying to get them to come out and potentially do some work, I'd be really scared to have anything done. If there were any issues once the work was completed, I can only imagine how "smooth" that would go.

They responded to our need for a retaining wall. Explained the process and timing of installation. We absolutely love it. We could have gone cheaper but don't believe we would have the same quality or stability of the wall we have. Crew was very professional.
Our second experience was just as great as our first one. Our new walkway is beautiful!

We just had our beds weeded and mulched, and Terrance did an amazing job with beautiful results! He takes his time and does meticulous work, and is also reasonably priced and very reliable. Highly recommend! He is located in Leesburg NJ

THE WORST!! We had this guy booked for snow removal. He never showed and never communicated that he wouldn’t make it. Had he just communicated then we couldn’t found another option. Instead he left us stranded and in a much worse situation now with it all being solid ice.

I like Brian he's a good lanscaper

I hired Brian Diehl Landscaping and Lawn Care this spring. His company has done an awesome job with all my requests! He has my yard looking beautiful! He is very particular with details. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

We used this company last year with good results. Came back and prepaid based on past experience. We were told he was running two weeks behind. Four weeks later they showed up and did the job half way. It’s been a fight with us constantly taking a backseat to other jobs. Six weeks later and he finally refund3d some of our money. Warning: get a written contract and don’t pay in full up front. He’ll take your money to finance other jobs. Extremely frustrating and would never recommend Matt! One star is too generous.
