Synergy has done full replacement of the heating and air conditioning units in two homes that I own and have also performed work for a number of my friends. The professionalism, equipment and work that Synergy performs is second to none. I have been in the building business for over 40 years and have found Synergy to do what they say they are going to do, when they said they were going to do it and how they said they would get it done - EVERY TIME.
I have to be convinced 100% before I make a recommendation and Synergy has earned my trust over and over again. I recommend them without any hesitation.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I cannot recommend Greg and his team enough. Each time I had to call Greg, I was in a crunch. Broken air conditioner, broken furnace, broken thermostat, you name it, its happened to me. Regardless of the problem, I can count on Greg and his team to come out either the same day, or the day after to check it out. They pride themselves on their professionalism and quality of service. And you will certainly get that with these guys. Greg is always honest and reasonable with his pricing, and I trust him 100%. And everyone today knows that trait is hard to find. I was extremely pleased at the service provided by Greg Sadowskl of Synergy Mechanical Solutions. Greg responded on the very day that I phoned him even though it was evening. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with an estimate for the repairs including for the entire replacement of the HVAC system. The following day, I thought about my options and arranged for second opinions and cost estimates from other HVAC companies. After reviewing these other estimates, I determined that Greg provided a very fair proposal and would be able to secure the needed HVAC unit (actually a difficult task these days) and install it in a much shorter time frame than other companies. Greg did an outstanding job and was able to do the job on the day he originally proposed, despite my taking a day to solicit other bids and opinions. Furthermore, the completion date was much, much earlier than that provided by other companies. Greg and his company are the best !!!

From my initial phone call to the completed job was fantastic. Great customer service scheduling the appointment. On time, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I had the privilege of having the owner of the company work on my unit and he did a great job while explaining the issues. No need to ever call anyone else.

The initial inspection to figure out the problem was scheduled quickly and his technicians were great - they obviously know what they are doing! The repair and maintenance today was done by John - repair was done and explained clearly, kept area organized, and checked in before he left. I had an overall excellent experience working with Synergy Mechanical Solutions, and would highly recommend them to anyone. As a result of a flood in my basement in my house in Baltimore, my water heater and furnace were completely compromised and needed to be completely removed and replaced with brand new ones. I spoke extensively over the phone with the Director of Operations, Bryce, who made himself available to talk to me as early and often as I needed, which I greatly valued in the wake of this emergency. Bryce was very friendly and he communicated clearly, articulately, thoroughly, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was able to get technicians (John, Anthony, and Dillon) out to my house promptly, and they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with an estimate immediately. Bryce worked with me to make the estimate as favorable as possible for me, and even encouraged me to shop around for other estimates as he was confident that he would be able to offer me the best possible appliances and services for the price. After signing off on the estimate, the technicians were out at my house again the very next day to replace the furnace and water heater with brand new ones. I am highly satisfied with the level of professionalism, transparency, communication, and quality of the service I received from Bryce and Synergy Mechanical Solutions.
