Scardina always comes through with great service. John and Rock came to replace a broken pipe and outside faucet. They were quick, thorough, and polite. No one likes to have to call a company to do work in your house but I'm comfortable calling Scardina. I expect a fair price from them and know I will have a good outcome.

Earl, Scardina's plumbing technician, was fast and efficient in repairing our garbage disposal and fixing our water faucet. We recently installed new counters, and the person who reattached our garbage disposal and water faucet did not tighten them enough to prevent leaks. Earl fixed both of those problems. Lesson learned; hire Scardina in the future.

Jon and his apprentice, Tommy, were wonderful. They fixed my blown hot water heater valve and explained what they were doing along the way. They also pointed out another problem I should address soon and didn't push me to replace a rather old hot water heater which was nice. They were prompt and very pleasant. Will definitely consider using Scardina again.

As a professional engineer with 50 years experience in the design and construction of sewer and water systems, I was impressed with the service provided by Scardina during the repair of my septic system at my old residence.
Scardina's crew arrived on time and finished the work in half their estimated time. The entire crew worked efficiently without additional damage to the system or the grounds surrounding the system. Their equipment was in excellent operating order and suited for the task at hand.
Considering the task, the pricing for the repair services were fair. I am recommending Scardina to anyone needing septic repair.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet which they were able to fix by tightening. Earl and Max arrived timely. They took house pressure and it was high. Need to install PRV and replace expansion tank on water heater. Explained we could have faucet or shower problems without having it done. Set up appointment to do so. Earl and Max arrived timely. Asked if kitchen faucet needed any more tightening. Did an Excellent job first time so no fix needed since original one. Worked efficiently when did installation of PRV and replaced tank. Went over what they did and asked if we had any questions. Since we were given thorough explanations, we had no questions. They did another Excellent job.

Aaron and Fred installed a new Mitsubishi split system today, they were very professional and friendly. They took the time to make sure were comfortable operating it. I will also say that when Jeremy the HVAC mgr came to give us a quote for it he was very professional and informative also,I would recommend Scardina to anyone, we have used them several times this year for our heating system, our pool heater and this unit. They are very professional and prompt. Thank you Scardina for once again saving the day!

Made an appointment to have backup battery sump pump installed. No one showed up for my appointment window 12-4pm. I called at 3pm to verify someone was still coming out and they said they don’t have my appointment in the system and can reschedule for a different day. After waiting all day for someone to show up and being inconvenienced I declined. Will be using another company but am disappointed that I have wasted my day waiting for them to not show.

UPDATE: I was called by the General Manager to address my review. He was professional, helpful and genuinely wanted to provide better customer service. I appreciate the company making the effort to try to fix an error on their part. I decided to reschedule with Scardina and was pleased with the outcome. My backup battery sump pump was installed first thing the next morning. This company definitely values customer experience which is hard to find now a days. Thank you for taking the extra mile to fix your company’s mistake.

In January of 2019 I had Scardina inspect the 20-year-old heating system in our home which had finally quit working. They provided quick service and presented a very reasonable proposal to replace the system with a new unit. The replacement was done quickly, the price was less than quoted and the system has performed flawlessly over the past 3 years. In February of 2022 the heater quit working, so I placed a service call. They responded quickly and diagnosed the problem stemming from my failure to perform the basic maintenance recommended. (Hard to believe huh) They did not charge me for the repair call, only for the maintenance that was due (once again at a reasonable price) That fixed the issue and heat was restored. The experience has taught me a couple of things, don't put off the recommended maintenance and when you find a company the provides excellent service on a timely basis, at a reasonable price, stick with them. Thank you for your service. I will stick with you for all my HVAC needs

Scardina installed and has maintained our heating, AC, hot water heater and sub pump since 2012. Yesterday, the hot water heater was leaking. They immediately scheduled a same day appointment. They gave us fair estimates for both tank and tankless solutions as requested. On a short notice, the new hot water heater was professionally installed. Can't say enough good things about the knowledgeable and professional service team. We would never consider using any other company/service. By far the best!

Marc T. and Alex S. provided professional, prompt service for me in Jan 2020. The work included fixing a slow bathtub drain, a bathtub faucet leak, and a consultation on a new kitchen faucet. The work was done very well and I appreciated how they kept me apprised of what they were doing, why they were doing it, plus their professional recommendation regarding my kitchen faucet. I will use Scardina again for my plumbing needs.

Wonderful company! Hired them to install gas piping for our dryer. They came out to give an estimate and completed the work within the same day. They provided good quality work and stuck to their estimate. Will definitely be recommending to friends in the area!

Explained everything he was checking on my gas fireplace, when he found what needed to be done he explained everything, he was very thorough and meticulous as he worked! He fixed the pilot, the on-switch and replaced faulty remote, he cleaned the fireplace( way better than other companies I’ve used).

Called Scardina on Monday due to low water pressure. Ryan came the same day and restored the water but recommended replacing the pressure tank. The tank was well past its service life. Mike T came the next day to replace the tank. He was professional and planned the best installation. He took time to demonstrate the changes to the system even though he was working until about 7pm but not in a hurry to be done. He cleaned the area and then asked if I had any other questions. He asked that if I was a satisfied customer could I complete a review. I reminded him that I am a repeat customer. Scardina replaced my heat pump last year..

Our house has been almost a month without AC. Our unit needs two parts replaced and is still under warranty. We had someone come out from Scardina on the 20th and we were told that they needed to order the part and it shouldn't take more than a few days. We were then jerked around being told that the warranty company has to approve the parts for order, then we were told a week and a half later that is was held up because WE needed to approve the work for them to order the parts. Here we are almost a month after our unit broke with no word from Scardina, and no idea when it will be fixed coming up on a weekend with temperatures projected in the 90s. I am 6 months pregnant and already super uncomfortable, and this has made the last month even worse. I am not happy and seriously over getting no answers from this company. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. There is no communication happening in that office, it is so clear.

I wish I could stay our experience has been positive! We purchased a BOSH 15K system a year ago and it’s been a dysfunctional system from day one. While they say rep from Bosh did come in one of the 100s of visits - the issue still persists. We have had so many calls with that office, serviceman and the salesman who sold us the POS! A year later it’s still not working as it should. The owner has never reached out even through we have repeatedly requested. At this time I can not recommend this company or the BOSH product. We are thinking about putting a law suite against both for false advertising.

Scardina Home Services installed our HVAC system 6 years ago and we were very pleased with everything. When we had a problem with the thermostat, we instantly contacted SCARDINA HOME SERVICES! Again, no problems great price compared to their competitors, Margaret at the office was a big help making sure we got the thermostat we needed and scheduled the very professional installation of the thermostat. Josh and Frank were great! They completed the installation, cleaned up and made sure everything was working correctly!

I've used Scardina Home Services for many years and continue to call them when I need some work done. This time was no exception. I called to get a couple slow leaks repaired. The two technicians, Jon and Tim, were polite, professional, and got the jobs done. This work even involved having to call the County for an issue with the water turn off at the street. No issues, and work was completed. I'll continue to use Scardina because of the high quality of their employees.

Moving into a new area I have to establish new service providers, I found Scardina on line, while I was searching for a provider to install 2 vented gas fireplaces. Scheduling the appointment was easy, a day good for me was available within a few days of my call. Installers arrived timely and were very nice and very knowledgeable. They did the jobs, fireplaces were perfect IMO, and they stayed to make sure everything from the remotes to the vents, to the CO readings, everything was perfect. Total cost was a little bit higher than what another provider had quoted, but I felt much more confident in the transaction with setting it up with Scardina and I believe I got absolutely the best install possible, so well worth a few bucks to ensure service like this was. I’ll use them now as my go to for all their services.

We called Scardina after noticing water leaking from our water heater. They came out same day and provided estimate. During the estimation process they clearly explained (pros / cons) for various options to replace water heater. We called around to get other estimates but did not receive the same high-level of service. We chose Scardina to install the water heater. The crew that installed the water heater was on-time, polite, clean, and overall very professional. They did an excellent job installing the water heater.

We have used Scardina for a variety of plumbing and gas fireplace needs. They have always done an excellent job, and we've been very satisfied with all of their work. Ray and Brandon did a great job with replacing our well water pressure tank today and identified problems with our water treatment set-up, which they are going to fix also. Daniel did great work fixing our fireplace and adding a fan. Nick and Bill have also taken care of a variety of our home plumbing problems. Everyone we've worked with at Scardina has always been very nice to work with, and we've been very pleased with all of the work. Highly recommend!

Scardina was excellent from start to finish. They diagnosed the location of the block to our sewer line to the street promptly and accurately. They provided Dave and Juan and a backhoe to trench 100 feet from our house to the County "clean-out." These two took care to minimize garden damage. They left the site clean at the end of each day and at the end of the work. They listened and explained. We recommend them without reservation.
