Very friendly and responsive. They were able to schedule me quickly for a leaky sink after my now former plumbers never responded to my first call or my followup up call two days later. The plumbing technician gave a thorough explanation of options and costs, and completed the work over several hours. No mess. No fuss. After chatting with the intern who accompanied him I am also impressed by Ensor Plumbing's involvement in the community through their internship and education assistance program.

This was a basic job of snaking out a bathroom sink drain, the service man was very professional and completed the job successfully. The cost of this service was very pricey and he also tried selling other services to reduce the price. I am sure with some research you could find a more reasonable plumber for this type of service unfortunately I had a time constraint.

Cory from Ensor plumbing was really great! He diagnosed the issue quickly and performed the repair with precision. He also explained the problem in a way that I could understand and I felt confident that he knew how to make the fix the right way. I will definitely call Ensor plumbing the next time I have an issue!

Ensor Plumbing did a great job. Everything looks great and now I don’t have to worry about anything leaking in the house and can turn off the outside outside water for the winter.

I just had a major plumbing project done at my house (Phoenix, Md), and I could not be happy with how Matt, Zach, and the other support team handled the job. They thoroughly explained the items that were priorities (needed to get done), explained why other parts should get done, and what items could wait. I would highly recommend them as they were professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.

This review is for the second service we received 10 days ago. The master plumber, who is now a consultant/manager, did an excellent job identifying the root cause and fixing the basement leak. We truly appreciate that the crew refunded us the diagnostic fee that Ensor initially charged. They also reviewed our drink water system and proposed a solution.

Service was quick and very courteous from the very first call. Technician came out, was super friendly and assessed the situation and let me know what was going on, probable cause and what the cost would be and would not proceed until I gave approval. No surprises. Worked neat and cleaned up before leaving. Had used Ensor once before a few years ago and got the same quality of service then as I did now.

Jason and Eric were very respectful & courteous & great . When ever I need plumbing work again I hope I get them.They make a good team together. THE BEST !!! (The work that they did was excellent)

John surveyed the problem immediately and knew what was needed. Once he got the part that was needed, it didnt take him any time to fix it. He was very pleasant as well as professional. I felt truly cared for.

Josh came and got right to work assessing our situation. And first of all his response time was amazing. My wife and I were so impressed we immediately signed up club membership

Josh was great. We couldn’t get the hot water heater fixed and had to find a different repair. They came out right away. Will keep in mind for any future plumbing needs.

John and his assistant did a thorough job. Our old water heater was over 30 years old and the switch out was not easy. John corrected some faulty issues and replaced the heater and all is great in the land of hot water. Due to a time crunch, we were unable to shop around but feel confident in the work done by Ensor.

A huge thank you to Kevin and Ensor plumbing. They came out on a Saturday night after working all day and couldn't have been more courteous and professional. They deserve 10 stars!

Fabulous service! Didn’t have to wait days for a repair appt, the people answering the phones were great, and the service was done impeccably! Also, always nice to support a local business and one that’s woman-owned.

They were very professional and came out very quickly! They also perform hydrojetting which is a more advanced plumbing service - not everyone has the machine or professionally trained to use it.
My laundry and kitchen line have never run faster.

Ensor has now been to our old townhouse 3 times to fix various problems and has done a great job every time. After the second time my neighbor came out to rave about what an excellent job the plumber had done repairing our outside water spigot that is right next to theirs. I don’t know much about plumbing but he said the work was top notch.

Great communications and professionalism by all. Their knowledge of water treatment systems put my mind at ease. Sorry I didn't discover them sooner.

I called Ensor Plumbing to give a quote to have to shut off Valves installed The plumber that came out very professional He gave suggestions on what should be done and price was very reasonable I had the work done the same day. I’ll definitely use them again. I am not getting paid
