When they did show up, their work was far from satisfactory. Some areas were missed entirely, and others were cleaned hastily, leaving behind streaks and smudges. Additionally, a few items were misplaced, and one of my delicate decorations was broken. I attempted to address these issues with the crew, but they seemed disinterested and unresponsive. Overall, it was frustrating and not what I expected from a professional service.
