This company is sharp, fast and fair. Had my maintenance contract with a large company who was just here to service my unit, and missed a very obvious failure on my AC unit.

These guys pointed it out to me right away and within minutes, my issues were solved.

Would recommend these folks to anybody Who wants good reliable and honest service.

Rios HVAC Services LLC was quick to respond, showed up within the same day I called. It took 10 minutes for him to diagnose the problem and about another 20 min to fix it. I thought I was going to buy a new central AC unit but he fixed it and recommended that it still has life for a few years. Good service, honest, very experienced, high integrity, and probably the cheapest in DMV area.

Juan installed a new furnace for me just before the winter. He was very responsive by text, and was able to install my furnace right away. He provided the item number so I could look up the model. He and his crew were punctual, respectful and friendly.

This RIOS HVAC has handled both AC and hot water heater emergencies for me, and they’ve been excellent every time. They’re responsive, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I first contacted Rios Services last year after looking at the Google reviews. I thought the furnace was making noise, but it turned out to be an unrelated issue that had nothing to do with the furnace or HVAC system. Juan was very professional, had a great attitude, and took care of the issue while also checking the furnace.
More recently, I had a new system installed through Rios, and so far I’m very happy with the service and the install process.

Replaced the fan on an old furnace within a couple of days during the coldest winter days this year. Even came back a few weeks later and identified a non-related issue when the furnace went out again.

I have to say without any equivocation that Juan from Rios HVAC Services provided a great service at a reasonable price. Not pushy with sales, just offering what I was looking for without unnecessary pressure to buy more than what I needed. He did great work and provided me with all the information I needed.
