That was finally(!!!) a great choice, our technician was Adam he cleaned our ducts great! Did a super job, came on time and explained in detail what was done. Wonderful guy and very knowledgeable.

Great job completed by them. They were thorough and ensured that any dust that might have emitted from the ducts and vents was promptly cleaned up. They also provided before and after photos. I’m very satisfied with the service and the entire process was easy.

They are expert at what they do and their presentation is impeccable. We wanted a full cleaning but were not exactly sure what needed servicing. The technician was very helpful in identifying what parts of our system needed cleaning and explaining why after performing a visual inspection.

Adam was the best! He was early to the appointment and was very courteous of my home. He was an expert and explained everything he was doing during the service. I will be using this company again & recommending to family & friends.

Do not recommend. They said one thing to my husband and I on the phone about cleaning the dryer vent and that the exterior vent height didn’t matter and they’d be able to do it but then came, only worked on the inside (which we had already personally done), and charged us $225 and then told us that it would be over $300 more for them to actually address the issue which was the net on the exterior side of the vent. Would not recommend. Save yourself a headache, frustration, and unexpected costs.

BEWARE, this company will provide nothing but the worst, i called them to come clean my dryer vent duct , the guy name is Musa , he came and stayed sitting in his car for about 30 minutes or more then i had to call him and finally he decided to come in to do his job, first he charged me $200 to just open the vent and remove just a little bit of the dust only in the opening, he didn’t clean the whole pipe, he didn’t put things back as they were and what i mean the pipe and the sealing he said no you didn’t need that!!! All he cared about was the gum in his mouth, when i called the company he called me back pissed off and said that he gave me a discount and that if i want him to come and do it properly then i must pay the full price???? Although i said that’s fine he still didn’t show up again and i never heard back from neither the worker nor the company, also they offered free air duct inspection as part of the cleaning but he said that he doesn’t have time to do that and if i want it then i must pay for it, so dont do business with them and i wont recommend this company

The technician that came to the house today, Mozes was great, but this company is trash. Used them a year ago for an HVAC duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The price went up significant when they got here, but said fine lets get the work done. After the service the technician told me that he had broken off a cover on the dryer vent but that it was unnecessary. When the technician arrived today he said it was absolutely necessary since there was evidence that birds were trying to get in the dryer duct. So basically I got charged for a company to break it, then they refused to take any responsibility. Waited on hold the entire time the wonderful technician completed the work. Even though teh man that answered teh phone was able to tell me the name of the technician a year ago, the supervisor said he couldnt even look it up and couldn't be bothered to put any effort into resolving the situation. The individual contractors that this company uses may be decent, but the company itself is a cash grab. Dont use them, find a local company.

DO NOT USE THIS CHAIN: Safehouse is anything but safe. They performed my dryer vent inspections in the past and gave me completely false results. I recently had a reputable contractor come in for an annual inspection and they found years worth of lint buildup—an extreme fire hazard.

I live in a condo community where Safehouse was a referred vendor, but after my experience (and similar ones from neighbors), no one will be using them again. Their work has led to detached ductwork, unfinished cleanings, cheap materials, and overall poor quality.

A previous Safehouse contractor even told me to replace my aluminum vent, only for my new contractor to find they installed a cheap, substandard version. He replaced it free of charge because of how bad the original job was.

This isn’t just about poor service—it’s about safety. The irony of their name being Safehouse is almost laughable. They’re a small business, yes—but one that cuts corners and prioritizes money over the well-being and true safety of their customers.

The amount of lint removed from my duct was not only concerning—it was a serious hazard. One section alone produced enough buildup to fill an entire trash bag. Our condo has a unique layout with multiple elbows in the duct system, and Safehouse was made aware of this by our property management team. Instead of thoroughly clearing those tricky sections, they ignored them, leading to even more dangerous buildup over time.

What’s frustrating is that I initially trusted them—especially after seeing so many positive reviews. I even considered leaving one myself. But after getting a second opinion and seeing the real state of my ducts, I realized they had completely failed to do their job. It’s true what they say: you don’t know what you don’t know—until it becomes a safety issue.

I had them come out to clean my air ducts and what a huge difference. Very good customer service and always stayed in contact to let me know what was going on. Showed up at the time he stated. Very professional and cleaned up behind himself.
I will be using them again and recommending.

UPDATE it was definitely the technician.

I had to call these guys out again because they had the best price to deep clean my HVAC. This time the tech was great. Showed and explained what was going on, told me what were problem areas and thing to look for. And most importantly HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS. I didn’t catch his name however.

Still can’t score them higher because of that other guy they sent but these guys will get it done.

The experience with the technician went well enough as far as performing tasks but his clean up skills were HORRENDOUS. Dust was left all over my floor and stairs, a filter he pulled from my HVAC was left on my floor and a grate that he cleaned was left looking worse than when he began.

I cannot in good faith recommend these guys to anyone else based on this. And if you do use them please recommend that they DO NOT send Jordan

Unprofessional service. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and they sent someone who barely cleaned the vent and also left a sloppy mess behind. He could barely speak English, had a poor attitude, and did a bad job reattaching the vent cover, leaving it smeared all over with unsightly white glue and grime. When I complained, Safe House did nothing—they “escalated it to a manager” but never cleaned up the mess they created.
