The technician,Alex, was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a fantastic job fixing my ice maker and washing machine. He explained the repairs clearly. The pricing was fair. I was very pleased with the service and will use Fuse Appliance service in the future.

First time I have used Fuse - but the tech arrived on time - he diagnosed the problem - reset to mother board and was out in about 45 minutes. Explained everything and I am super pleased!

James M was friendly but misdiagnosed an issue with my dryer and tried to sell me a $400 repair when it turned out the issue was just the fans and exhaust vents needed to be vacuumed out, if I hadn’t realized I had insurance coverage and got a second opinion I would have overpaid for unnecessary repair.

It turns out I may still have an issue that will need repairing, probably I had multiple problems going on with my unit which included melted wiring as well as dirty exhaust vents, appreciate the timely response and taking the time for a follow up phone call to address my concerns.

I had a problem with my refrigerator’s water dispenser and with the freezer gasket. Both problems were correctly diagnosed and fixed. The technician, Alex, was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will use this company again.

I was very happy with the service I got. The technician thoroughly checked out my microwave problem and advised us to keep an eye out for any problems that may resurface because he found the unit working and passing all tests the he performed.

Called Fuse on a late Monday afternoon for a 16-year old GE refrigerator whose control panel was flashing and the fridge and freezer were not cooling. The dispatcher understood my urgency and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Fuse sent an email and a text confirming the appointment with the name of the technician (Alex).

Early Tuesday afternoon, Alex texted me with an eta, which was earlier than the appointment time and I was thrilled. Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and it wasn’t the expensive repair I was fearing, it was a loose wire that needed a new connector. After about 40 minutes, Alex had completed the repair and explained what problems to be aware of since it’s an older appliance.

Also, Alex wore shoe covers and cleaned up the work area when he was done. I soon received an email and text with the invoice and description of the visit. Fuse accepts Apple Pay and credit cards so the job from initial call to final repair and payment was completed in less than 24 hours. Amazing! Fuse and Alex are top class and will always be my first call for any appliance issue. One final thing, Alex is such a kind person and very focused on getting the job done right!

Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue on our Microwave pretty quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

Daniel was so kind and friendly. He did a superb job at diagnosing our stove and being quick to fix it. Thorough testing afterwards and lots of friendly interaction. Great work!

Wonderful service! Alex was the nicest guy and even took his personal time on Sunday to fix our oven so we could cook over the weekend! Fuse was clear and responsive with scheduling and timing. Alex kept me updated without me having to ask.

I can not say enough good things about this business and its employees/owners. Our refrigerator stopped working and we suffered through two failed attempts at getting a repair person out. Ultimately I found Fuse Service. This was late on a Friday afternoon but they gave us a Saturday morning time for them to come and assess the problem. I believe my phone calls were all handled by Elin and she was outstanding. The technician, Mike, came out on time and quickly assessed the problem and offered the solution. The needed part arrived quickly and we had our refrigerator working on Tuesday. The experts Eltan and James did an outstanding job. They were courteous, quick, and ensured the area was clean after the work. They showed me clearly what they did and that it was all working again. The total cost was extremely reasonable and I will recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repair. I will certainly call them if any other appliances are in need of expert help. Alex was extremely thorough in his work to repair my dishwasher. We ended up processing repair vs new dishwasher. Mike the service repairman was terrific; he was prompt for his initial visit and explained and showed me options for repairing/replacing the gasket. The installation of gasket went smoothly and again, Mike was prompt and thorough.

Microwave no longer in production. Our technician was able locate issue and was able to source out the parts needed to fix it. Took longer than I had expected but understood that finding parts for an outdated product was gonna be difficult. Glad they were able to find the parts and fix it. Otherwise, we would have had to buy another in-wall microwave which is not cheap these days.

Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy and Eltan arrived on time. Eltan did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with my broken refrigerator. He was very professional and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the itemized estimate for repair. Although the estimate was a lot to replace the compressor, I thought the price was very reasonable for the repair, and was less than another estimate I received from another individual. We have decided to replace the unit rather than repairing it, but my experience with Fuse Service Appliance Repair was great and I highly recommend them!
