I am highly satisfied with Rami's air duct cleaning service from Rockville Air Duct Cleaning. He was punctual and left my home cleaner than ever.

What I ordered was duct cleaning.

Here is what basically the technician did, put a flex tube into a first floor supply vent, run the machine about 15 mins, then put the same tube into an upper stairs' return vent, run the same machine for another 10 - 15 mins. For a two system house, it took about 30 mins. He also used a vacuum to clean the first floor supply vents, each one probably took him less than 10 seconds. At the end, he didn't even place the vent cover back properly. I had to ask him to do that. He wore his outside shoes in the house and left water on the floor (it's a rainy day).

THAT'S ALL FOR 400 DOLLARS for this less than one hour work.

For this much money and the time the technician spent, I am not sure about the work and its quality what the technician was supposed to do. Maybe he did what the service order was supposed to do.

One star for the technician came, one star for he did spent an hour here. After the technician left, I called the office. They were nice and tried to explained to me what the service was suppose to be. So one star for the call and explanation.

At this moment, I am just not confident with what they did.

ONE LAST THING, this technician was in a rush and he told me he needed to go to next client. He asked me to sign the papers and made the payment even before he finished his work.
