We used Creations to do some work on a new home before we moved in. We needed a few things done, including sod installation, removal of old gravel/rocks, fence construction/installation, and resolving some drainage issues. Their rates were among the most competitive we found, and they were totally professional and responsive at every turn, updating us with emails/photos, phone calls and texts when necessary, and making sure that things turned out the way we wanted it. They came in on budget and exceeded our expectations in the quality of the work they did. Can't recommend enough. Also they're a family business, and you can tell that they care about the quality of the work they do.

This review is long overdue, but all I can say is wow. This was my first time hiring a landscape designer, so I didn't know what to expect. Jose did an excellent job at communicating what the process would entail. The design process was smooth as butter, and their rates are competitive with other quotes I received.

The installation went better than expected, as well. There were a few bumps in the road, but having done home renovations and working with contractors before, I expected it.

One thing I liked was how they connected me with local contractors. Jose explained how many quality contractors are often unfound because they don't have the resources or know-how to market their services and business. But because of this, their overhead tends to be lower than that of a more established company paying for ads, web developers, salespeople, etc. He connected me with a few contractors, and they all provided very competitive quotes. The final product looks incredible, and I'm very pleased with how the whole process went.

We had a permit pending with the county for new work to be done on our house. The county required detailed structural drawings to move the permit through the approval process. I don't have the knowledge or the skill for this, so my contractor put me in touch with Jose at Creations Landscape Design.
Jose did a great job communicating to understand the requirements, and provided professional drawings which allowed the county to issue my permit right away. Jose did an amazing job within the quoted time and with a reasonable price.
We will definitely come back to Creations Landscape Design for future projects.
