Leslie is the best contractor and storm restoration expert. she convinced me bc I didn't want to at first and I don't regret it. she is amazing, came out to inspect my roof. helped me file the claim next thing I know it was approved thanks to her help I would of never known. beautiful smart young lady. Ask for her when you want a roof inspected. serrano is a reliable company and did a good job.

This company is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Ron and Lugo were very professional, but also personable. It was not all business with them. They took the time to get to know a little bit about us before they started the job. They came to us and let us know the damage that was done to our roof and offered an option for a solution that we didn’t even know we had. They were very thorough and walked us through every step of the process from choosing the roof material to calling the insurance company. It was truly a wonderful experience using this small business. They were simply outstanding!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. As the kids say now, “10 out of 10 recommend!”

Caleb came out and knocked on my door and gave me a free inspection. He filed a claim with my insurance and surprisingly they paid for everything in a 2 week spand of time. This young man is amazing and I'm so happy I chose him to do the work. He's responsible and respectful and knows how to treat any person with kindness even if he doesn't know them. The Serrano team cleaned up the yard after the roof was installed and I'm happy with the work.

Serrano Contractors are extraordinary. They will work with you, suggest ideas, answers your questions diligently and value your opinion. In my experience they value more the quality they are providing to their customers for satisfactory rather than the quantity of customer they get. All staff are very nice and respectful. The owner also came back and check my roof, the siding and gutters that was done to make sure everything was good.

We worked with Irvin, he is very nice and professional. He helped us pick the color and the whole installation was done in one day. The quality is very good. Another thing I like the Serrano Constructor LLC is that the are very responsive. Every time we have any question, they will reply us really quickly.

Alan Serrano, project manager of Serrano Contractors helped me in the process of replacing my wind damaged roof through home owners insurance. Serrano Contractors are #1 top of the line roofing company. I now have a beautiful roof along with very nice gutters and also repairs that were patched up and fixed. The roofers try to find as much damage as possible on your roof (missing or bent shingles, holes, etc) and then ask to be present when you call in the claim to your homeowners insurance. They also come to represent you when the insurance adjuster comes out to verify the damage.

The insurance adjuster verified the damage (I had clear damage to my roof and my interior ceiling was leaking) and sent me a check within a few days. Sometimes the roofs have bent shingles, etc, that don’t count as issues that need repair, so the claim will be denied. I think I had signed a paper saying if the claim went through, I would use Serrano, but if it didn’t get approved then I was not commitment to have any work done.

The initial check covered the residual roof value and the insurance company said the replacement value check would come after the work was done. I gave that first amount, plus my deductible, to the roofers. Once they finished the work, they asked me to sign a paper authorizing the insurance company to send the replacement value check directly to them. I could have declined to sign it and had insurance send it directly to me again, but the roofers did everything they said they would, so I had no reason to hold back any funds.

They upgraded the shingles to ones with a 50 year warranty and added a ridge vent at no additional cost. The painter did a nice job on my interior ceiling and walls. Only one wall was damaged, but they painted all four so they match. I made sure that was written on the insurance adjuster and the roofer’s paperwork.

The only potential extra cost is plywood boards, if needed to replace any that are moldy. They throw in the first three for free. Turns out, no boards were needed on my roof at all. I think the boards were around $60 each?

Even though we asked the roofer about gutters, he said they look fine. So there wasn’t pressure to sell us extras.

If you go ahead with getting a new roof, allow for weather cancellations at the last minute. They will try to stick with the scheduled day, but if the predicted weather changes, they will push it forward as necessary. They drop off materials at 6:00 am, start banging at 7:00 am and finish before dark. They clean the yard of nails using a large magnet, but after the first few rains, more nails and debris will be washed out of the gutters and appear in your downspouts.

Justin introduced us to Serrana Contractors, he was on time for all appointments and responsive while addressing the initial set of questions. Alan was the project manager, he was very professional and very considerate. He took our requirements, provided all the various roofing options and gave us time to do our due diligence research. Not only was Pedro very helpful in explaining my roof damage in detail, he was able to help me with my insurance claim on the roof. The guys showed up on time and did great work. The whole team of Serrano Contractors LLC did a wonderful job in replacing our roof and skylight. Lindsay came by our house and discussed the kind of services they offer and that started the whole process. She and Alan met with us and explained thoroughly the entire process - from the free inspection, the kind of shingles they install, filing a claim with our homeowner's insurance and even helped us with following up with the company about our claim. Pedro also came by when the inspector from the insurance came to do his own inspection and he pointed out to them the damages in our roof that resulted from the wind storm. They scheduled the project as soon as possible and their crew came very early on that day. They were all very professional and Jordan helped explained to us what they were going to do. Even when there was a little hiccup when the delivery company switched the shingles that were meant for us to another client, Pedro himself got on his truck and delivered the correct shingles in our house that day and made sure the job still got done on time. They also cleaned up very well after themselves which we really appreciated.
For the skylight, they even cleaned the molds and repainted the whole area and made it look really nice.

Got in touch with Serrano contractors after having a leaking ceiling due to roof damage. The main point of contact, Ronald, was very helpful throughout the entire process. They primary work with your home insurance to get estimates and payment for the repair/install job, but whether it gets approved depends on your insurance company. They do offer retail if you are willing to pay out of pocket. The roof installation was quick and only took about half a day. If you are looking to get your roof repaired or a brand new one installed, you should consider Serrano contractors.

Alen Serrano was very professional in the presentation of the product they install. He explained in great detail the materials that were going to be used. Alan also communicated the extent of the damage to the pre-existing roof to the insurance company. I'm very happy with the project's out come. Serrano Construction definitely worked with us step by step. They made sure that we were satisfied with the work being done. My roof looks beautiful! I was surprised by how fast the work was completed in only 2 days, despite of the complicated design. Irvin their project manager was very professional. Had my roof inspected, in which several problems were found and recommended me to contact my insurance. After doing so, the process went smooth, from picking the shingle color and so forth. Serrano replaced my whole roof in a day and they did good work. I would highly recommend them.
