Today morning All of sudden our furnace not working. We called Mr Kam Ng around 2pm and he came our home at 6pm. He immediately found the problem and resolved it. His customer service is superb and we really appreciate his work. Good job done!

I called Airpro 10mins to closing and they picked up, even came to my home that night. AC broke down during 90 degree weather, house was a sauna. The owner is great. The job couldn't be fixed the same day but he was on top of it. Definite referral.

Our A/C system was not cold for couple days and definitely something wrong. I call AurPro Heating & Cooling company . Great company ! Mr. Kam Ng came out and was right on time. Kam was very helpful. patient ,friendly and professional. He know what they're doing and also very up front about pricing and scheduling. (We replaced a whole A/C system with in a week) We are very pleased with the job and Highly recommended the service!

Kam Ng and the AirPro team did an provided excellent customer service. Calling late on Friday, Kam showed up to assess the situation first thing on Saturday morning. Once the problem was identified Kam worked to acquire a suitable replacement motor for the 1992 system. The team came out at the scheduled time and professionally completed the installation. Professional and Friendly: a combination hard to find. Kam helped us to figure our thermostat and wiring issues and then did a great job of replacing the wires. In the process he came three times and each time, he was prompt. He explained the process clearly and logically. We had a contract with BGE, who gave us one week waiting time for this emergency service. So, it is clear that we cancelled our contract with BGE and now AirPro has our business.

Kam is super responsive and very professional. I called over the weekend and he came out right away. He quickly identified the problem and explained everything in detail. While he was trying to get the replacement part, I found out that I have warranty from the original installer. So I called Kam to cancel the order. Kam understood the situation and advised me to go ahead using the original installer. He even waived the trip fee from his end. I cannot agree more with other reviews that Kam is extremely knowledge, professional, and additionally very honest! I will definitely reach out to him for future services.
